This smoothie king is absolutely amazing. Always feel welcomed and staff is always very nice. I live a walking distance away from this smoothie king, so I walk up there all the time. My friends and I are teenagers and are a big fan of smoothies. We came up there today but didn’t have any money so Mr. Ron told us that if we take out the trash and do a couple of other things we could get kid smoothies on the house! Thank you to Ron and all the other staff there today. We’re definitely coming back!!! Best experience yet.

waited at the pickup counter for about 10 minutes, not one employee addressed me. seems that the staff cant keep up with the amount of traffic the store gets. i witnessed about 3 people ask for their orders to be remade

This Smoothie King located on hwy. 78 Stone Mtn. Hwy. prepared very poor-quality smoothies tonight, 01/13/2024. I've ordered in the past using uber and the smoothies were made just right, but tonight I ordered a few Power punch plus smoothies by uber eats, and the smoothies tasted like they were pre-made and placed in the freezer, just waiting for someone to order them. Whoever prepared these smoothies tonight did not use the full amount of strawberries either because the color was too pale and the smoothie too icy. I also ordered a banana boat, and it appeared that someone mistakenly added some sort of chocolate powder to the smoothie, as it did not have the nice cream-colored shade like it usually does. The only good part about this order was the fact that the uber driver delivered in a sufficient amount of time.

Paulene was soooo helpful and with a smile the entire time! I had a difficult order because i wanted to try the acia bowl with certain toppings and the person at the window was new you can tell but he was great but Mrs Paulene was a delight!

If you're not going to honor the business hours, pleas change the hours on your sign. It's insulting to show up and have your employees show their backs when you try to open the door within posted business hours.

Horrible experience, there’s no reason why somebody that walks up in a line behind me is getting their drink before me. They need to invest in some type of automated screen to keep the order. It’s unfair and inconvenient.
I worked for this black own established and they where very unprofessional and rube . the women there have attitudes that were unbelievably... a manger disrespected me then said I couldn't talk the team they have a are family and it was unfair state for me and left me job less because I had refused to be disrespected and not once did I come off rudely to anyone... they have staff that don't work one of the team members order food and sat down and watched a movie for and whole hour ... I also saw staff making out in the lobby ... the manger told me I pay you very aggressively ... completely came for me like I didn't have a say after being fried they played me out my check then I waited 4 weeks for a check when I had already worked three weeks with no paycheck so I don't recommend this as a positive working place!! I was very kind and the manger had an attitude so bad like she didn't like me mind you I never said nothing and fired me right on the spot then lied on my separate notice!!! The lady was an older woman I had never even met her it took so much out of me to be respectful caused I do respect my elders

Went this morning to order an Acia bowl and the young lady making it couldn’t stop scratching and patting her head without gloves. Before she started cutting the bananas she then decides to put in gloves once I stood up watching her. Very unsanitized - if I wouldn’t have stood up I would have had hair particles in my bowl. I did not even eat it and threw it away.

The absolute slowest drive through I've ever been in in my life. It always takes 10-20 minutes even if you're the only one there, and the smoothie only taste good 40% of the time.
