I just ordered on uber eats , i got something completely different than my order . i called to inform that i received something i did not pay for and they said what i order was not available and that my uber eats driver shouldve informed me which they did not. and on the app it does not say my selection was unavailable when i was telling the worker that he hung up in my face saying it was on my dasher when his manager or whom ever is in control of their mobile orders shouldve made it known that it was out of stock on the app. terrible service. if i could rate 0 i would

I just ordered from uber eats and the employee acted like he didn’t care when I called and told them I was missing an item he lied and said he couldn’t mark it as missing but I’ve ordered before and you can mark it as missing. DO BETTER WITH ORDERS AND YOUR EMPLOYEES

Horrible customer service & the store is filthy. The guy with the dreads customer service skills are THE WORSE!! He had me waiting while he counted bags of chips with the delivery guy didn’t even acknowledge me or ask me for my patience. I eventually said something to him he act as though I was bothering him. When he was finally came to the register to check me out he didn’t apologize, he act as though he wanted me to give him my items so he could scan them he didn’t say thank you or anything. The WORSE CUSTOMER SEVICE EVER WILL NEVER BE RETURNING TO THIS SPEEDWAY!! The Speedway on Mountain Industrial customer service is always on point and the store is clean.

It’s frustrating that they have advertised specials that are extremely hard to get. The kitchen seems to only make certain items available from the kiosk, but the signs in the store offer more options that are simply not available. I have gotten lucky on occasion and had crew members willing to make the items, but often the reply is “no we don’t have that right now”, this said after a pause. It seems more of a lack of willing to make items rather than not having items.
Speedway, don’t advertise specials that aren’t able to be purchased.
Also, the soda drink area was badly designed. The floor is often rather sticky, and cups and lids are sporadically placed.
The gas prices seem fine and the store has a small selection of snacks and drinks available which is nice.
Incorrect pricing. Speedy rewards prices aren't honored. Not even a major issue just take the prices down you don't honor

I've been going to this store since they opened. Their management has always struggled and employees seem downright rude and not happy to be there. I'd say the store is currently at an all-time low. Please build a QuikTrip nearby soon so I can forget this place.
