If someone places a mobile order and you don’t have the ingredients to make the drink, the least you could do is call the customer to alert them before they arrive.

Unfortunately, the quality of drinks at this specific Starbucks has declined tremendously. I used to be excited to stop by this starbucks while doing some grocery shopping but lately every time I've gotten a drink here they have been bland with little flavor. I'm not sure if the new workers aren't being trained to properly make the drinks but every time the drinks taste terrible. I go to different starbucks locations pretty often and I've noticed this specific location has been consistently missing the mark in drink quality. I wanted to leave a review because the drinks at this location used to be amazing. Not sure what changed :/.

Ordered a tall Caramel Macchiato, it was half of the cup 👎🏼 I just grabbed and left, so next time have to check how much coffee they put in the cup

Friendly staff always helpful ***UPDATE!! Their friendly staff (Sebastian and Craig we love you guys) appears to have moved on. I dont blame them, this is a super busy location. Since then however, this location is ALWAYS out of popular items. I tried to order 4 different drinks today and they were missing ingredients for all of them. On top of that, ive never seen a starbucks that didnt have a working coffee machine SO often. Is this like the McFlurry situation? Dont take care of the machine so you dont have to make the menu item? They don't acknowledge you unless you basically lean on the counter and initiate conversation. They're visibly resentful towards their customers like they didn't just sign up for a very fast paced job inside a very busy grocery store. I'm speaking this as someone who has worked in the food service industry from fast food to fine dining for 27 years and understands customer service. Corporate needs to step in and fix this venue because it's worthless.

It’s Starbucks so you know what you’re getting food and drink wise. I’m always understanding about a drink order taking some time because they are each made by hand, BUT this location is insane in the time it takes. I have put in orders ahead on the app, and shown up well after it was “ready” only to wait another 10 min. Ordering in the store? Set some Time aside. I get that you’re going to need to wait 7-10 min for a drink, but when it goes over that time and the 2 people behind the counter are casually talking with each other, it’s frustrating. I wish I saw a sense of immediacy. It would help ease frustration when the wait time gets super long.

I have to said that CRAIG is excellent performance working by himself ( august ,Wednesday 30th was so busy in the morning) and him take care all the customer doing excellent customer services and be in top of online order !!!! Him need a good vacation pay !!!!!THANK YOU GRAIG !!!
