The place is a bit quiet and just not a place I see meant for a family to really want to be. Coming from wanting to be with my family eating this place is not where I want to go other than that I guess is OK just the people working there are clearly only there to make a check and not for the sake of making memories and making someone else smile.

I had visited the store because I received a coupon through the mail for a foot long for $12.99. We went right after coming from a mosque dressed in traditional Islamic clothing and the women who was their said we can only get ham now I do not wether this is becuase the way I was dressed but I told her that a sandwich no meat only veggies should be allowed she kept telling me no only ham. For Muslims whom follow the religion of Islam ham otherwise known as pork is strictly forbidden. She also denied us from speaking to a manager for clarification she then started to act extremely rude. Never in my life have I been this badly racially abused due to my religion. Subway being one of my favorite fast food chain has shocked me and if this is how you guys treat your customers due to their religious beliefs I will never be comming back so I hope we can solve this

My friends and I came here hoping to sit down and have a good meal, we didn't expect to disrespected. My HIJABI friend was ordering, and Prava (the cashier/sandwich maker) asked her wholeheartedly "Do you want bacon on that?" with a smirk on her face. While on the other hand, my non-muslim friend was not asked the same question. I will not be coming here again...

This is the worst location ever!! Portions are ridiculously small except for the sauces. They drowned my sandwich. They must hate coupons. They said we couldn't get any chicken with coupons but I was able to use the app to order chicken with coupons. I couldn't even finish my 6 inch sandwich the bread was hard and the sandwich tasted like .... nevermind... This place should not still be open!! 0 stars!!!

I'd do zero stars if I could...Don't go here. They're janky. They tried to refuse to take my valid coupon because I didn't "show it to them before placing my order." (That doesn't even make sense!) Then, they tried to say that it had "already been scanned" (it had not, of course). I told them this, and then they scanned it again and, like magic, "It's valid." I've already contacted Subway's corporate offices about this. Something really fishy is going on over there...??Update: Other than the auto-response I got when I filled out the customer service form online (11 days ago!), I haven't gotten ANY response from Subway's corporate. I just called the customer service number, and it says to go online to fill out the form that I ALREADY FILLED OUT. They don't care.Subway will never get my business again. There are too many other places I can go to, like Publix, Baldino's, Firehouse Subs, Jimmy John's and Jersey Mike's!

This store is very selfish in helping. I tried to give some extra coupons that were about to expire to other customers, and the staff refused to accept them. I don't like giving my business to cold hearts. Will not be going again.

First time picking up I was asking for my order. The girl was being rude saying I that need to show her the order on the phone even though I said the name but it was my friend who ordered. And it was raining so I have to go back to my car to ask my friend to send me the screen shot of the order. Plus she didn't even listen to instructions. Not toasted and didn't give the right cheese. So now we're eating a cold tuna sandwiches.

My sandwich was free bc the owner tried to be egotistical and say if you don't have money take the sandwich after having a disagreement about a coupon. It's a coupon and if you don't want to honor it, just say that. I told him he could keep it and I would go somewhere else but since he was insistent, no problem. I have money otherwise I wouldn't be here obviously but I will take the free sandwich, thank you Jesus. Sticks and stones baby! The owner of this franchise is Indian and he obviously has no respect for customer service and definitely profiled me. Sir I have spent more on a sandwich for a better sandwich's. Keep calm and make sandwiches :D

Roach problem here is apparently so bad now that they're camping out in the papers they make your sub on. The guy goes to pull out a paper to begin making my order and I saw a roach literally go flying off of it and land on the floor, where the server not-so-discreetly crushed it. My jaw would've hit floor, but in these conditions, I had to keep it together. Seriously though, don't go here.

Terrible i just went to pick up my online order they literally gave me the bare minimum of everything why am i paying 15 for a sandwich with 3 pieces of meat and a hand full of lettuce
