Do not try to bring a coupon here. Owner isn’t trained in business ethics. He doesn’t honor legitimate subway coupons and cares about his profits over his loyal customer’s satisfaction.

I work at the pharmacy right next to this subway and we've been getting sandwiches here since we opened. We took a coupon that we got from subway to get 3 footlongs for $17.99 (excluding certain pre-made sandwhiches) and the owner refused to give us one of the three sandwiches that we had ordered for that price as it has a "supreme meat, and he doesn't make any money so he can't honor the coupon."The coupon does not say any of this on there and them being a subway, need to honor the coupon for anay valid sandwich or not take the coupon at all. Instead, he said I'm doing you a favor by giving you the 2 sandwiches for $12.99 (which was also another coupon that we had so not a favor;) and charged us full price for the third footlong.Not a great way to treat any customer as a business owner let alone your next door neighbor.

Let me start by saying the trainee who made my sandwich did an excellent job.I went in with a coupon for a $3.99 6-inch sub and was told that it was limited to only 6 subs on the menu. I settled for one of those and when I was rang up, was told by the (manager?) that the coupon was expired. It expired yesterday. And would not be honored. So after tip I paid nearly $9 for a sub I didn’t really want..I used to go to Subway almost daily for the salads until the packaging changed and the size of the salads decreased significantly.The “freshly sliced” thing is a joke, the meats all look like garbage, that slicer is nothing more than a dumb prop, and the vegetables are hit or miss... in this instance, miss.I will never willingly step foot in a Subway again. I’ll make the extra effort to go for a Pub Sub.

FORCED TO PAY HIGH TIPSEmployees are very stingy with toppings, ordered a sandwich that clearly says 2 x pepper jack and employee pretends like she forgot to put it in.NO CHOICE TO PICK HOW MUCH YOU WANT TO TIP, even if to go order, minimum $18%.I was charged $4.51 tip for a to go order. No option to pick $0 or $1 tips.

They can’t even get a simple BLT correct. The first lady understood, but the lady that made my sandwich didn’t pay attention. I ended up with a BMT and I’m allergic to pepperonis. Make sure your order is made

I ordered online for pick up and drove there. Someone had stolen my order, and they refused to make me a new one even though I had proof of purchase. They were rude and unhelpful, and the subway support team never replied to me when I reached out. Atrocious job, and I highly doubt I will ever have subway again.

I thought Jared was the worst thing subway could put their name on but then I went to this location… and was verbally assaulted and accosted because I asked for extra mayonnaise and didn’t get it. Will never return.

First the employee has an attitude when I asked for a sandwich and extra topics even though I willing to pay extra. While the checking out I could see the employee go in the back talk in an indian language with another person and then point at me then laugh. After that when I when to eat the sandwich had plastic melted in my toasted sandwich. When I called in to the location I could hear the phone picked up and then after I told them my issue they hanged up. I called 3 times and this happened 3 times. The employee that made my sandwich seemed to be a manger or owner. These type of disrespectful people should not have authority like this.
