Disappointed....i get tha same toppings on All my sandwiches & when I stated it was so spicy & something was different, the workers proceeded to "nicely" argue me down & tell me NO! I didn't appreciate the way they tried to handle me & I'm a 4 yr CONTINOUS customer at the same location!On top of, that she got louder when ppl came in.maybe they should focus on customer service training b/c they dont make me want to come back to THIS location....

After ordering my sub I asked if I could get a large cup for water (expecting that they would charge me 40cents since that is what other locations I have been to do). This one wanted me to pay for a soda which was about $2.60. Once I got home and ate my sandwich something tasted horrendous after trying each ingredient individually I discovered that the onions were old. After picking all the onions out I then saw a hair in the sandwich and gave up on it at that point. I will not return to this location.

I got delivery, not realizing that the five forks location was temporarily closed and therefore received the worst sandwiches ever. How a store that serves fresh ingredients manages to muck up food: doesn't cook or toast the bacon and puts so much mustard and mayo on my and my husband's sandwiches that the wrap was leaking and everything else was either soupy or slimy. This store clearly resented the 8pm order! I spent 20 minutes trying to call the store before I just gave up. I love mustard but I had to throw my mustard soup sandwich away and go hungry. I will call them tomorrow!Update: I received a bogus non-apology from the location owner that absolutely in no way addressed my issues. Just thanked me for the opportunity to allow his staff to, "improve the customer experience,". Generally I thought people that owned restaurants actually wanted their customers to actually eat there. Not the case at this location, customers beware! I will attempt to escalate. It's like the guy didn't actually even read anything that I wrote and just allowed his email to auto-generate the most generic reply possible.

I have never seen a franchise operate in this manner before. They have a list posted on the glass case that has details about things they do NOT accept for the company coupons. The list is so long and it’s type written form that they had to add a hand written note to Show the things that they DO honor for the coupons. It almost seem like they did not want to take coupons at all.Ex:No free chips, No buy-one get-one free, Only Turkey, Meatballs, tuna, etcThe older lady making the sandwiches was so rude, cold, dry and unwelcoming like my sandwich - no smile, no pleasantries. This experience was certainly not what I am used to experiencing in other subways.

This is probably the stingiest place I’ve ever been too…. I ordered a Turkey sub and each time I asked for a veggie I had to ask them to add more! Usually you have to ask workers to add less.It’s no wonder the place was empty and they don’t get a lot of business.

Super nice workers the 2 ladies even complimented me on my dress. Everyone was really friendly and the food was good. This was the 1st time I seen a Subway with 100 A score❤️
