Very bad service. I ordered a simple chicken sandwich with only lettuce, tomato, and onions. The person who took my order even repeated after me and still forgot the onions. The fries were stale. This is the second time they didn't give me what I ordered. Will not be coming back.

This is to be the most unorganized & unclean Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. First the customer service was terrible when you go inside no one asks you anything the “manager” is up front on her phone being rude to customers when asked to do her job very unprofessional! On top of that the food quality is terrible I’ve been throwing up for hours if this place doesn’t close soon or get new staff they will be getting sued for poisoning their customers! Please don’t eat here it’s not worth it

i did not pay 40$ for these hamburgers that are raw, don’t even have all the ingredients, are cold, and do not look nothing like the pictures. seeing these reviews makes me think the owner needs to do something about it asap.

Today, Wednesday, for the first time, I went to buy food at this Wendy's. I bought a large chili and a hamburger. When I got home, I was very surprised. The chili only came half full and only had juice, no beans, it was just juice. And the hamburger was cold. I felt cheated because of the poor service in the food they serve the customer here. I will never buy here again. They charge you for something that is not worth paying for.

High possibility of cold food or refried food. Not a good experience, yeah it’s fast food but still no reason to not have somewhat freshly prepared food. I’ve been here at least 5 times and maybe twice I had decent food.

Literally just bought my food and it was all cold. Not to mention the drive thru person was rude. My burger smelled like it had been sitting out for hours and was spoiled, did not even eat it. I would have taken it back but knowing how I was treated when being polite, I couldn’t imagine going there with a complaint.

I was just at Wendy's in Lilburn on Lawrenceville highway, my favorite fast chain burger restaurant. I received cold fries at the Drive-Thru. I went into the restaurant to change for fresh fries where a gentleman there immediate has the worker drop fries. As I waited another customer pulls up to the Drive-Thru and returned fries. The conversation i heard from the workers: Female: put them (the fries) back. Don't throw them away. The gentleman who helped me started to place them back under the light then he asked her Why? He said they are just fries and threw them in the garbage. Is this what's happening at the food restaurants now? Fries are placed back under the light for resale after being handled by other customers outside of the restaurant?

Food was awesome and even the woman on the headset was nice, but the guy at the window was rude. He was just rushing me even though I was 1 of 2 cars in line and when I asked for a fork, he hesitated and told me he already put one in my bag, even though I already looked through it and knew I didn’t.

To the owner of this franchise:
I encourage you to start sending secret shoppers to this location in order to have a better idea of how the employees act toward customers. I am sure you will be appalled, unless you just do not care yourself. There is no sense in me going into detail. Send a friend or family member that the employees do not know here and have them report back to you.

The food was good but the lady who worked there was very rude. Forcing ppl to leave the store And making a scene in front of people. I get it that fast food isn’t an easy job but putting that anger towards others is not cool.

This is my last time giving this place a chance. I never get the real chicken for the honey butter chicken biscuit. It always the one they use for the cheap chicken sandwich and it’s annoying. The frosty cold brew taste like water. It’s not worth the money or time.

My sister went there to pick up her food at 12:ish early 12 and when she got there they said they were closed even though it's says their open till 1am on Saturday and she ordered on the app why the app and the and Google say y'all open till 1am but y'all closed she said someone named Stephanie said they closed some are open till 1 but they closed. I like how you all changed it just say it closes at 12:00 now good thing now no one will be confused
