Everything in this restaurant is sticky. Even this sidewalk outside is sticky which I cannot explain. The cleanlinliness or lack thereof is a huge turn off, will consider other options next time

Our family has some particulars about how we order items and we usually have at least one item that we have to ask to be fixed. Every single item in our order was made exactly as we ordered it! The person at the register had a smile on her face when we walked in and everyone was just so pleasant. My only criticism is the drink machine looked like it needed a real thorough cleaning. But aside from that, we were very appreciative of the attentiveness of these employees!

Visited this location recently, the food was ok but definitely downsized. Dave's single looked like a hamburger. I'm being generous when I say food was ok. Lemonade tasted like water with a little lemon and sugar. Fries were actually the best part, not burnt or greasy, not overly salted. That's not what was the worse. Employees don't seem to be properly trained, no greeting, no thank you. And then, I couldn't pay with cash. I know everything is going that route. No longer visiting this location.

Why bother with the tomato? I can hold it up and read through. Slice of tomato is thinner than notebook paper. You have a lot of nerve charging $10 for a combo with a crap burger.

No drive through available. We went in to place an order. The floor was so sticky we had a hard time putting up our feet. Won’t be back too terrible!!!
I stood in line for 20 mins before anyone came to the counter. The lady that came to counter was messing with the trash and did not wash her hands. Absolutely disgusting. Will not be back

Has anyone else gotten food poisoning after eating here? I'm going to be late to work, because I'm stuck on the toilet! Do they not wash their hands after they poop, or is it a spoilage, or cross contamination issue? Everyone who works here should be put through a ServSafe certification course to learn proper safe food handling.

Food was awful (not the first time). Called to complain, explicitly stating that I did not want a refund or replacement. Manager (Alex) was kind an apologetic. Said all the "right" corporate things.
Will not be returning.
Why can't any local fast food locations just prepare decent food around here?
