Experienced poor service at Wendy's on Five Forks and Tomsmith. Entered an empty restaurant, waited over 5 minutes at the front cash register with no acknowledgment from the worker. Left due to the extended wait and observed a consistent lack of courtesy across morning and night shifts. Suggest re-training and accountability for staff to improve customer service.

I’m not sure why you all won’t get employees who actually want to work but this place is the WORSE!!!!!! There is no excuse for a cold soggy chicken sandwich along with ice cold fries, nuggets and NOT ONE SAUCE THAT WAS ASKED FOR!!!!!! I really wish they shut this location down ASAP!!!

Great experience here. Food came out very quickly & was correct. Chili tasted better than at other locations. Only complaint was the chicken on my sandwich was thinner than usual so it was a little tougher than it should be.Was nice to see the freestyle machine had all drinks available. That's rarely the case with those machines.The staff all seemed nice.We'll return to this location instead of our usual one.
