I’ve had two cakes made here in the past and absolutely loved them. However, I submitted an inquiry this week and was told that my inspiration cake couldn’t be done due to the fondant details and design. which is surprising, considering I had a very detailed fondant cake made here for my son’s birthday two years ago.
This time around, communication has not been timely, and some messages haven’t been answered at all. Unfortunately, the experience hasn’t felt professional, and I’m extremely disappointed. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, where I feel valued as a customer.

Best custom bakery. Order came out better than we expected. Yanet will ask you 100 questions just to get your idea/product perfect. TASTE was on point. No cheap ingredients here. Our cake was all out. Nothing was wasted bcuz our guests loved it. Thx 🙏 Yanet.

I work right next door to this beautiful bakery. It’s so pretty inside. The single desserts never ever disappoint. The Banana pudding is the best I’ve ever had and I’m a big banana pudding fan. She had banana cheesecake or banana pudding cheesecake and that was phenomenal. The churro cheesecake is amazing as well. Everything I’ve ever tried there is absolutely hands down the best desserts I’ve ever had. So if you’re looking for a quick pick me up, you have a sweet tooth. COME HERE. This is my favorite little bakery and I will forever support this amazing company who are also some of the nicest people. Always so kind and smiling and just make it a better day for anyone they come in contact with :)

I have ordered with Yanet’s bakery and will always place an order with them for my special occasions. Their service has been excellent. I have placed my orders 2- 3 weeks prior to my event day, which I think is reasonable time to create and prepare for their hard work.

Ordered from this business before and have repeatedly tried to continue to give my business several more times but they’re always booked out. Most places are booked maybe a week out but here it’s always a month or more and no chance to pay extra to get something done. Might want to learn to hire more help or expand because constantly pushing away customers who are willing to spend good money and refer others might not be the best thing to do. I ended up finding someone else to make a cake for me, paid extra to get it done and now I’ll continue to use them from now on and stop inconveniencing this business.

I’ve ordered from Yanet’s bakery several times, and we are never disappointed. This time I ordered a 4-tier cake for my niece’s quinceañera.
The ordering process was simple, and she paid attention to all the details I asked for. The cake turned out beautiful and matched the party decor perfectly.
Ana delivered it and was, as always, so kind and warm. Her sweet and genuine personality makes the whole experience even better.
The cake didn’t just look amazing, it tasted incredible too. Everyone loved it, and my mom couldn’t stop talking about how moist it was. We absolutely loved it!!!

I am long over due for this post. The cakes aren’t just beautiful but they are delicious. The pink adorable bakery is lovely. The ladies are so polite. I love everything about this place, customer service and cakes. I get them for my family who also loves them just as much as me. I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

I had a disappointing experience with this company. The response time was extremely slow, and when I called for a quote, the person I spoke with was surprisingly unprofessional and rude. Due to the lack of timely communication and poor customer service, I ultimately decided not to move forward with them. Reliable and respectful communication is a priority for me when choosing who to work with, and unfortunately, this experience fell short.
