I came in here for lunch on a Saturday and had the lemon pepper big zax meal and it was DELICIOUS!!!! I was greeted with a warm and inviting hello when I first walked in and the staff was very friendly even the manager gave me a little background on their process for making the coleslaw ☺️

Was late picking up my online order and they made me a piping hot fresh order with no question in the middle of a rush. They really went above and beyond. Jeanelle and her staff are A1

I go to this location often because its the closest store around me.
They're rude at the drive thru and all around customer service is extremely poor. They dont say thank you.
They never have sweet tea, and often substitute with unsweetened tea without asking.
One time an employee spilled tea on my arm passing it to me through the drive thru window. They didn't apologize.
They dont care to put extra sauce in the bag when you PAY FOR IT
Sometimes they only give you 2 chicken strips in a big zax snack, like counting to 3 is a difficult task.
And why is the food never actually hot??
Overall, EVERY time I've been to this location, they have the same attitude, inconsistency, and cold food.

Cold food, not fresh, & hard bread. Straight 🗑. Fire everyone in there tonight! NEEDS BETTER MANAGEMENT

Time and time again I support this Zaxbys simply because the extreme closeness and time and time again I’m highly disappointed in the service and food. But after today I’ll never give this place another penny. I’ve had multiple remakes and their ID policy for app users is a constant bother. My sick mother loves Zaxbys so I’m always getting it for her. She wanted to try the chicken finger taco today and within 5 min of arriving home the bag was soaked with sauce to the point the bag ripped with light handling. Just to open the mess of a taco which might as well had been a zalad in a hot dog container. I’ll drive to hwy 78 before i ever return to this location again.

I'd like to once get served hot food from here!!
Fries are waxy and tough. Tenders are dry, stringy and chewy.
The straws are too long for the cups they use.
A kid has to stand up to drink from the straw that's three times the height of the kid's cup.
Oh yeah, lemon pepper wings. Please season the wings thoroughly, peices have little to no seasoning on them.

Very slow and short staffed. Seems like some of the staff in the kitchen were held up due to seeing some on the phone. I came in for a to go order and waited for 40 minutes to receive my order.

Literally everything is just bad. Employees that clocked out hours ago going in and out of the kitchen grabbing free cups, employees playing tag? The tables and floor uncleaned, trash everywhere, poor service,my food wa just laying there and I was asking many times. The employee grabbed his nuts and grabbed the bag of food without washing hands.

Today I purchased a meal from Zaxbys, and unfortunately, the quality was far below expectations. The fries were undercooked and excessively greasy, which greatly affected the taste and overall experience. I believe it is unacceptable to receive a product in such condition, and I hope measures will be taken to improve the preparation and quality of the food.
