Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Today I purchased a meal from Zaxbys, and unfortunately, the quality was far below expectations. The fries were undercooked and excessively greasy, which greatly affected the taste and overall experience. I believe it is unacceptable to receive a product in such condition, and I hope measures will be taken to improve the preparation and quality of the food.

Worst Zaxby's location I've ever been to. Fries unsalted, got the wrong drink, got no sauces and the amount of strips that I received was less than I paid for. Absolutely horrific experience.

I gave them a second chance but man this sucks ; i paid for extra sauce and I got to my job and no sauces where put in. I used to love zaxbys salad would give good portion too and never minded the drive; but is been twice and the portions are not great as before and have forgotten my sauces after verifying if the sauces where there.

This place is always fast and great customer service but the lemon pepper chicken tender sandwich was toooooooo salty to eat

Eggrolls were burnt both times they made them. Need new cooks! Bc mistakes happen but why would you serve somebody this?

Order a grilled Cobb salad with a side of shrimp. The shrimp was burnt and hard, the chicken was hard. NEVER AGAIN!

We arrived and there were little to no cars. My husband even questioned the closing time; we arrived at 7:00pm. Walking in my husband, daughter and I were abruptly stopped by a worker telling us that all the machines are down. I said “im sorry”? The worker then told us all of the machines were down and we were unable to place an order. The lack of sympathy and customer service made it sound untrue, who knows. Definitely a disappointing experience.

If I could give no stars I would I am beyond pissed as I am a fast food manger my self I placed my order of one wings and things and one signature club. I placed my order at 2:37 meanwhile I was the only customer inside as soon as I placed my order it got busy and about 8-9 other people came in about 20 min after waiting I asked an associate where my order was and she mentioned to me that they were waiting on chicken tenders. Then about 7 min later they proceeded to give about 5 other people order with chicken tenders that came in after me and I had still yet to receive my order I asked to speak with the manger and I informed her of the situation and asked what went wrong? And she informed me she just got back from a catering zaxbys this is bullshit in the fast food industry there's no reason you should not have a manger on duty at all times considering the work ethic of your employees I love zaxbys but I will never be back at this location.

Asking for your physical IDs to verify mobile orders is the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen. If you’re concerned with fraud and people claiming to be name not theirs just maybe ask for proof of purchase through the app.

Then the lady at the drive thru tried to make it seem like this was normal but I’ve Never had this issue at ANY other Zaxbys location.

Also their drink machine was down so the only option you had was milk, tea, lemonade and apple juice. Mind you there was still a up charge for the tea and lemonade bc they were considered a specialty drink.

Exactly what I've known Zaxby's to be for all the years I've continued to come here. The greatest highlight of the year for Zaxbys was bringing back the beloved milkshakes! No complaints! Highly recommend when you have that craving for some chicken fingers or texas toast!
