We typically get the pho and it's really awesome, but all the menu options we've explored have been great. I get the P19 (veggie pho with veggie broth) and he gets the seafood pho, add tripe. We always taste the broth before adding sauces and its really flavorful yet perfectly clear like glass. The spring rolls are always on point and the Thai tea is also on point (every time). We keep visiting this place because the food has a consistent quality, the people here are amazing, there is a great atmosphere, the place is clean, and most importantly ! the food is delicious :) 10x stars
