The food and atmosphere was spot on. The service was a little lacking. Had to ask for menus after being there for 10 minutes. But the flavor of the food and the upbeat atmosphere of the other patrons made up for the delay.

I'm a truck driver I go all over the United States and when I take a break I look for a little hole in the wall like this. The beef burritos here are about the best I have ever eaten. The Beef and a salsa are perfect

A really good place to have 100% authentic Mexican food and Music! They have a good Menu. I had Tacos de Asada, and my husband a Taco Salad, Delicious! Theres a corner with all kind of Mexican Salsas/Sauces, A nice place to go with the family or friends!

The first time I ate here I told them I’m allergic to citrus and chicken. Then I found chicken in my steak fajitas…
The staff was rude about it and was like ok and walked away…. I decided to not go back but my company went back a couple times, and spent big money. And then continuously met with rudeness.
Will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!!

Do not miss this Great Place! Five of us went for dinner after a day at the lake, we were thirsty and hungry, we had the Texas Margarita, and it is the best we ever had. The food came so fast, we had soup, stuffed chiles, chicken all of it was great.

My wife and I have ate here a few times and each time the service is great, the food is hot and delicious. We sit outside mostly and the atmosphere is relaxing. We came here to eat on Mother’s Day and they were giving out roses to the mothers coming in, that was very thoughtful.

Food and service was great. We are at lake looking for some6where different to go to eat and we tried El Sombrero. We went early to eat so it wasn't busy. I got the nachos fajitas dinner steak, chicken, shrimp nachos with lettuce, onions and white cheese dip on them. Large portions of meat lettuce and white cheese that I couldn't eat it all . It was as so good. Linconton is a small town with very few restaurants and I would recommend evicting this place.

The food was good. The customer service could have been better. I came in Mother’s Day weekend and they were giving out roses which was nice. Even though I wasn’t given one until I asked. I didn’t like the fact that the bathrooms are not just male or female. It felt unsafe to me using the restroom especially having a man waiting outside of the restroom to use it after me.

A group of about 30 of us gathered here for supper before the Graves Mountain mineral collecting dig the next day and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. My compliments to the staff and especially to the cooks. I'm picky about Mexican food and I could find nothing here to be picky about. I'd love to go back again.
Parking: We had a big group attending and therefore we used up most of their parking area but there was plenty of street parking nearby and so it was no problem.

Ordered their taco salad which is served in a tortilla bowl. Salad was good but the bowl was days old and stale. So old it was difficult to snap part of it off to eat. This is why the food was only 2 star.

El Sombrero is a well known restaurant here in Lincolnton Ga. Very nice, clean, and enjoyable atmosphere. However the price and value of the food is RIDICULOUS. I purchased the Texas Rice for $16. The price WAS/IS NOT AN ISSUE!! But, if I'm going to spend that type of money then I expect to get my money worth. As you can see they only gave a spoon full of rice, cheese, guacamole, a few pieces of chicken and 3 shrimps. The amount of steak was fine. (See Photos) I could have spent $12 or $13 for the same meal at Habanero and been satisfied. I will not be supporting this restaurant again. Very disappointed!
