These wings were dry old and 🤮 I will never go there again. My first and last time. What a waste of money!

When I went to pick up my order the fries were cold and nasty and they tried to recycle them by putting them in the grease to cook the manager and his staff were very unprofessional and nasty to do that in my face

This place and the girl working drive through is a joke! Not only should she not be working any job that deals with people based on her rudeness but the food was trash too! Don’t blame the customers because you chose a dead end job! 🤷🏾‍♂️

I, ordered boneless chicken wings and I received bone-in wings. The wings that I ordered were Teriyaki flavored and Garlic Parmesean flavored. I've never ever had sweet flavored Garlic Parmesean wings until I ordered wings from that restaurant. They were awful 👎🏾👎🏾🤮 I, definitely do not recommend eating from that establishment 😤😤😤

Come here often food is pretty good

The order placed was a 10pc. half and half so I ordered lemon pepper sprinkle and teriyaki. Being combined without separation by parchment paper made them all wet. Overall the customer was good

Location closes at 9pm. Arrived at 8:32pm. Wanted to order 2 chef salad. Was told they only serving wings and fries. So disappointing when you still open for another 28 minutes but not willing to serve the customer.

My wings were not edible they were burnt I was eating hot wing chips. The wings are small as hell and then you have the nerve to over cook them. My niece had boneless her boneless were also burnt make it make sense. Food was not even hot $50 down the drain no one finished their food! Please close this location down!!

I ordered a 10 piece wing combo & paid for ALL FLATS & for the wings to be extra crispy. My order was made wrong twice. The first time I didn’t receive all flats, the second time I received honey lemon pepper WET when I requested DRY SPRINKLE. When I expressed that I did not receive what I paid for, I was told that they were unable to remake my food… How are you unable to make something that I paid for prior to receiving my food. I have had this issue before at this location, but was never told that my food could not be remade. Eventually I had to compromise and say that I would take drums in order to receive the order that I wanted, although I had paid for all flats. I am disappointed with the service of this American Deli. The only individual who was understanding was a young Latina girl. She was very apologetic! 0/10 service today.
