This Kroger anchors a shopping center at the corner of Thornton Road and Maxham Road in Lithia Springs. It features a fuel center as well. This location is an older generation Kroger and not only shows it's age in condition, but also offerings. This is the second weekend in a row I've had an altercation with a disgusting thug who refused to distance in checkout. This store needs security. There are now ghetto pop ups in the parking lot with "entrepreneurs" selling t-shirts, comforters every weekend. There are never any carts, indicating the patrons are stealing them. Thornton Road has become a toilet. I will take my business to a safer shopping environment.

If you want to find the best Kroger in the neighborhood, keep looking because this IS NOT it. From the old, loud, screeching carts, to the store always being out of inventory, this Kroger is a hot mess. Some of the staff are friendly, but the ones at self check out in particular are not the nicest. I don't think they get the best treatment as employees either so that may be half of why they're always moody.
