Let me start by saying The management at this establishment is horrible the General Manger the store manager and a training manager was sitting the entire time I was there as my chicken sandwich to 45 minutes to come out and was raw in the middle

They are very slow when it comes to pickup orders. Employees will walk by you and see you standing there but won't ask do you need help or waiting on a order.

Too expensive for the less than mediocre meal we ordered. Pecan blondie was hard and dry. Fries and quesadilla burger was soggy.

Came in today at 3:00 sit there 22 minutes never got waited on. Guessing it because I was the only white person there.

Server was the best part of the night. Kitchen didn't put the food out at the same time, messed up the order, and stale/hard buns.
The bartender though the place was the club turning up music so loud you couldn't talk.

Second time ordering from this location both times leaves a lot to be desired. Ordered their quarter pounder burger which happened to be smaller, burnt around edges and a thimble of cheese. Decided to give them another try, ordered the riblets, loaded mashed potato and green beans. Everything was cold, riblets looked and tasted like they had been sitting around awhile. Not only was it inedible, I was overcharged by $8.19 on a ticket of $26.19 totaling 34.19. Know how i know, I still have the receipt, they put a hold on my card of 8.19 after charging me 26.19 and they pocketed the 8.19 hold. Mind you this was a pickup order. Applebee's last chance, never ever again, the one on lithia springs.

Ray, the manager, was extremely personable and very kind. Wonderful conversation with us. Miss Nia was a GREAT server‼️ Our meal was very tasty as well..We are not in the area often but this will be a good stop in ~ We will be back.
