About Einstein Bros. Bagels

Einstein Bros. Bagels is a restaurant with great food, described as a hidden gem. The fresh bagels are always good, with sweet and savory options and good signature sandwiches like the Texas brisket bagel. Many find the food great and well priced.

The staff and management receive frequent praise. Service is always pretty good with a great attitude. The staff learn names and get orders right, providing great customer service. They are noted as being very helpful and pleasant.

However, service can be inconsistent when extremely busy, with one report of a significant order error and a feeling of unfair customer service. The location only offers carry out. Some customers wish for a broader menu, specifically requesting onion bagels available at other locations.

Many customers recommend it over competitors and plan to make it their regular breakfast spot.
