Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. People at the window were rude and didn't speak at all (I had a mobile order), I asked for extra sauce and the guy got a perturbed look on his face snatched the bag back in and threw the sauce in the bag, even though I said I would pay if I needed to. Then to the food. We ordered 3 Cinnabon pull apart that were cold and hard with a lump of icing on top, 2 got thrown away. There is a black overweight woman with reddish and black hair she favors a monkey in the face but she claim she’s the manager The transaction with her was not very pleasant. She called me a stupid B expletive because I wasn’t moving fast enough through the drive-through line and I asked for the manager she said she was a manager. She was very rude. Very disappointed with Wendy's they were out of everything that I tried to order. The sad part is that being vegetarian you don't have a lot to choose from but you make it work. I am going to be honest and very transparent. We had to go to Zaxby's to get food. Wendy's on Thorton Rd. you definitely have to tighten up please.
