My food was good. I ordered on the mobile app so it was ready when I got there. However, this was my 1st time going inside this particular Zaxby's. So, I wasn't sure where they placed online orders, and there was a person at the counter helping another customer. I was not acknowledged when I first walked in or when I was next in line. The floor and the countertop is pretty sticky.Update on September 30th 2023:I saw a roach at the door when I was leaving the building. This will be the last time that I’m ordering food from this location.

Drive thru clerk looked at me like she was smelling a fart and didn’t hardly speak. I guess she don’t like white people much. Tea had soured the day before from the smell of it. Fries were cold. Chicken was excellent though.
