Today I went to the Zaxby's on Thornton Road at the drive threw bad Customer Service ever the lady could not hear me I had to repeat three times then she thought I said orange Dr Pepper and told her in large . I get to the window the guy hands me a small drink then wanted to charge my card again for large .The lady needs to listen better or let someone else do her job!

How is it that a zaxby's employee could not accurately answer a simple question when I specifically said I wanted " whole wings " and I clearly asked him two times, I get home to find a little container of 4 flats & two drums, if Zaxby's didn't have whole wings he could've just told me that. I spent my money to get exactly what I wanted .Doubtful that I'll return to Zazby's again

I ordered my food to be delivered at 9:30 almost 1130. My food still has not come and I’m literally practically around the corner when I called someone answered, put me on hold and left me on hold. This is the worst service.

Was given a old Cobb Salad. Vegetables were brown and the grill chicken was hard. Was never given a receipt so i was told by a manager with her pants Sagging and condescending attitude, there's nothing she can do. I will never visit this location again! I frequent this establishment 2-3 times per week and that will completely stop! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Lady refused to take my order said my truck was to big. One of the worst experiences I have ever had at zaxbys. Funny thing is I have ordered multiple times with this vehicle before through the drive thru. Just was very disappointed in the lack of customer service at this Thornton rd location.
if i could give zero stars i would!!! this is the worst zaxbys you can go to in georgia! horrible customer service. i ordered 3 meals on uber eats and got one! the workers are lazy.

My food was good. I ordered on the mobile app so it was ready when I got there. However, this was my 1st time going inside this particular Zaxby's. So, I wasn't sure where they placed online orders, and there was a person at the counter helping another customer. I was not acknowledged when I first walked in or when I was next in line. When the other customer left the counter so did the staff and she still didn't acknowledge me. My eye caught the bags of food and drinks over to the right of me. So I move over and locate my bag, I grab it and leave with still no one saying a word to me. The inside could have used a quick cleaning up as well.

The floor and the countertop is pretty sticky.Update on September 30th 2023:I saw a roach at the door when I was leaving the building. This will be the last time that I’m ordering food from this location.

The customer service was horrible at this location about 50% of the time. It should not be that way but half of the staff and certain Managers are a huge problem there! Food had to be made a total of over 3 different times and never once gotten an apology for the inconvenience. I will be reaching out to Corporate about this matter, especially since I really like Zaxby's but I refuse not be able to go there 50% percent of the time due to unprofessional staff and management.
