I paid $11 for a cheese burger the smaller than a jr. cheeseburger at Wendy’s!!!! You guys are so wrong!!!

This place has great service, they're friendly and very good at completing orders quickly. The prices are good.

The issue is the bbq. It's not good. The pulled pork comes with a mustard based sauce, which is not my thing, but you know, options vary. They were happy to give me a replacement sandwich without the sauce but it was very poor. I understand why they mix sauce with their pulled pork. It was flavorless and dry and kind of stale tasting. The Brunswick stew was mediocre. Salty and no depth of flavor it tasted like ketchup. The fries were very good, so there's that. The only reason I ate this food is because I was in a hurry and very hungry. It belonged in the trash.

That's unfortunate because this place has a lot going for it. I wanted to give them a great review because the staff had a great attitude and was good at their job. The dining area is pleasant and very clean. I wanted to like this place so much. This was my first time, was it the wrong day?

Food was fast for the drive thru, but I think they compromised speed for quality. My food was cold, cheese not melted, and steak was dry. Seems like it might have been good if it was hot temperature wise. In and out in 3mins or less.

Last two visits were disappointing. First time the lady at the drive through window was short and didn’t want to answer my questions trying to push me through the line, I guess this was a busy time of the day and they cared about throughput more than customer service. Second time I ordered a rib plate and got beef instead, found out when I already arrived back to work and it was too late to fix. Portions have reduced since first time I visited about two years ago. But this is a tendency with all places in the area recently.
