Food was fast for the drive thru, but I think they compromised speed for quality. My food was cold, cheese not melted, and steak was dry. Seems like it might have been good if it was hot temperature wise. In and out in 3mins or less.
Last two visits were disappointing. First time the lady at the drive through window was short and didn’t want to answer my questions trying to push me through the line, I guess this was a busy time of the day and they cared about throughput more than customer service. The issue is the bbq. It's not good. The pulled pork comes with a mustard based sauce, which is not my thing, but you know, options vary. They were happy to give me a replacement sandwich without the sauce but it was very poor. I understand why they mix sauce with their pulled pork. It was flavorless and dry and kind of stale tasting....
