Cut us off while ordering, made us pull around before completing our order. Then they forgot items and wouldn’t give us those items, messed up several items, and explained that the cashier screwed up and charged us incorrectly on her accord, still faulted us, not correcting our order. Bad customer service, can’t give correct order. Bad experience. Would not recommend at all.
We celebrated our babys Bday there tonight. She loves Burger King. All the employees came out and sung Happy Birthday to her, it was a big crew. She was so excited n happy.. I hope every one of them get a big blessing for making her day so special.

The food was great fresh fries w good flavor, the Whoppers were pipping hot. Just over great experience.

Ooooookay, hands down the worst customer drive through service in the industry. I see why the parking lot is always empty. From the rude nonchalant tone at the drive through speaker to the ridiculous hand out the window waving don’t drive forward yet, this is definitely NOT the place to eat...unless you want to risk ruining your entire day!

Burger King offers hot and fresh food with great customer service. The staff is polite, friendly, and apologetic when mistakes occur. They quickly resolve issues, such as replacing a drink with HI-C Orange. The service is consistently A1, with staff members like the young man at the window and the young lady with red long twists providing excellent service. Recently, customers have praised the store for being well kept, clean, and respectful. The young ladies running the store seem to do a very good job, making sure orders are perfect, hot, and ready to serve. However, some visitors have experienced longer wait times, and on one occasion, the food was lukewarm, with fries and nuggets not up to the usual standards. Despite these issues, many customers still find the service and food overall satisfying.
