I literally never review businesses but here we are. This is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever visited, and ai’ve been a regular for over a decade. Sad, because it’s the closest one to my home. They are regularly out of ingredients, understaffed at ALL TIMES leading to ridiculous wait times even if there are only 3-4 people in the line, the chips are wildly inconsistent, and they give very small meat portions, often forcing me to purchase double. My most recent visit was the last straw, asked for chicken and got a half of scoop, i could see the bottom of the spoon. I called this out and she gave me a few more morsels, still unsatisfactory but Im used to it at this location. I get to the front and she yells thats double chicken, although she never stated this nor put a red triangle with my food. I told the cashier the first scoop was very small and she only gave me a little more, in no way does the amount of chicken in my entree resemble double chicke, nor did I get 2 real scoops. She insisted it was double chicken anyway so I walked out of the store without the food and went elsewhere. The portions and overall satisfaction has been going down hill but I still visit from time to time. I will never return to a Chipotle thanks to this location. I frequent others in the area like austell and hiram when Im around to avoid this location to begin with but Im done. Reward points will go to waste unfortunately. Shrinkflation and understaffing is rampant!

Tea Bath House

Chipotle is my favorite go to for quick, fresh and flavorful. The portions are perfect because I can always go back for leftovers.
I’m only disappointed when they don’t drain the juice from the beans before they throw it in my bowl. I don’t like it soupy. 👍🏾

Love the food and portions here but today 8/14 6:18-6:26 whoever is training on the register and the person training her BOTH has bad attitudes over vinaigrette.Also for them to put basically a qrt full or less of it and sell it for .54 cents is DIABOLICAL

While eating, I bit into what turned out to be an acrylic fingernail inside my food.

I stopped eating immediately, took photos and video, and returned to the store. The person claiming to be the manager processed a refund but showed no apology, no concern, and no indication that the incident would be reported to corporate or food safety teams. This lack of care for a serious contamination issue is unacceptable.

I have since reported this to Chipotle corporate and the Douglas County Health Department for investigation. Customers should be aware and exercise caution.

Most off the staff are nice. However the manager on duty tonight 8/2, always has the worst attitude. I hate to come when she’s working. Her negativity rubs off on the other girls and they mimic her exact attitude and demeanor. This is the very last resort regarding chipotle locations. They should go take notes from the Floyd road location. They are great EVERY TIME!

I frequent here because I live near by after the 4th time experiencing HORRIBLE customer service I will NEVER go Back to this Location. I’m not sure if it’s a woman or a Man. But he she runs the drive-through(Pick up) Line, every time I go there. She/he is very rude. Today I was threatened by the employee I will be doing everything I can to reach higher ups. I’m sure others have had encounters with this worker. All of my coworkers have also said that the worker is very nasty. Every time They deal with them. I have never in my many years of living encountered an employee, this rude and unprofessional. This worker also handles food with no gloves. I truly hope Chipotle does an employee sweep. And pays more attention to who is working for their company

I placed a pick up order on DoorDash at 11:19am I was 20min away. It said it would take 9-19min for my order to be ready. I ordered a kids cheese quesadilla & a steak quesadilla. I came through the digital order drive thru and he tells me it will be another 10min. I was like what!?! I pull up to wait. I come back thru after 8min because I received a notification from DoorDash that my order was ready. The guy inside doesn’t acknowledge me at the window. I honk my horn he looks and still doesn’t move. I wait then honk again. He finally comes. I said I got a notification that my order was ready I ordered 30min ago. He grabs my order that was literally sitting at the window and says your order was ready at 11:50 not 30min ago. Which I never said. And he closes the window while I was talking. If I didn’t have my 2 year old in the backseat I would’ve parked and went inside. Hire better people!
