HORRIBLE customer service and small portions. You’d think that they were doing me a favor by making the food I came to purchase. Acting as if they didn’t hear my questions and telling a lie about being out of something. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I spent my money here. Please don’t waste your time. They don’t appreciate the service.

I went in to place an online order and was told to do it online. I did that two days in advance and got there two minutes after my order SHOULD HAVE BEEN READY! I came in and the entire staff was standing around laughing and giggling.
When I asked for my catering order they all looked shocked and went to the back. They came back and immediately STARTED preparing my order.
I was told they had to go get TOMATOES!! I never saw anyone leave or enter the store to pass anyone anything!!!
My order as a result was 45 minutes late from the time of scheduled pickup. I asked to speak to the manager and they said they couldn’t find him!! I waited 5 more minutes because at Theo point, I’m already late for my 1pm party and Deangelo Hanson, who I originally met three days before when I tried to place the order in person came out and said How can I help you??? He did not offer to make it right at all! I ultimately had to call customer service to file a formal complaint!’
As a business owner myself who was buying food for her staff, this is not the way you serve your customers. As a GENERAL MANAGER, once he knew my order would not be ready, he should have come out to speak to me to apologize and see what he could do to make it right!! Will never return!!

If you want to wait 30 minutes and then be shouted at for trying to get your order then go here. Worst chipotle I've been to, Customers and staff screaming at eachother. Had to just call support and void my order.

I live 4 minutes from this location so it just sometimes is more convenient. I went in yesterday and ordered a steak taco and a chicken taco. The entire frontline staff watched to see how much the server was putting on the toco as though there was a meat count. The tacos had very little meat and I made my opinion known at check out. This location charges more than any other location I have frequented for condiments. They charge $1.71 for a container of lettuce- bizarre. Why do other locations only charge 50 cents? Austell nor floyd road charges those prices.

I recently went to Floyd rd and ordered 7 condiments which totaled just over 4 dollars while Thornton rd had told me it would be $17. Why are they allowed to rip customers off like this and other locations don't? I realize this is a franchise business but pieces should not vary this drastically.

I reached out to the corporate customer complaint number three weeks ago and was told I would be contacted. I have not heard further. I will simply have to bite the bullet and drive a bit further - all the time.That is if I plan to continue patronizing Chipotle at all. Not only is Thornton skippy on food, the customer service is bad as well.

I went in to get a side portion of chicken in a bowl. They gave me enough to only fit a small cup. By this point, I already paid. I poured the chicken out of the cup to demonstrate to the manager that it wasn’t even enough to cover the bottom and that I just wanted a regular portion of chicken I paid for. He just gave me a different scoop of chicken in another cup of the same size. He refused me any more chicken and I asked him would this be the same portion size if I went to another Chipotle. He said it wouldn’t be. He then offered a refund and I told him I didn’t mind the price because I know I’m paying for extra chicken, I just wanted the correct portion. He eventually sent me away. I will travel further for better customer service.

The young lady with the glasses that was the cashier was extremely rude! No Customer Service skills !!!
The only reason I gave two stars was because the other young adults that served me were very polite.

This is the absolute worst chipotle location I have ever been to. They have multiple roaches in this establishment. The roaches sometimes touch the food and the managers do absolutely nothing about it. They operate as if they do not care, it is simply disgusting. No restaurant should be operating with such a severe roach problem. They have a plethora of roach traps one located by the drink station which i’m assuming they have multiple in multiple locations all around the store. Most of the employees seem to have terrible attitudes, especially the manager that works on Friday nights. Her attitude is so disgusting towards the employees, everyone looked so drained by her. One employee kept asking her colleague what the time was every two minutes. I don’t know what the management system is like here but it needs to be fixed and corrected immediately, god knows I will never come back to this establishment ever again. I’ve reached out to the health inspector for this area, I hope they come and shut this location down! It is a shame.
