This was a pickup order. The pizza wasn’t cooked all the way, looking very light skin and the cheesebread was drowning in butter! I only give this place a 1/10 because they were blasting Brian McKnight. Other than that save your coins.

I order my pizza at 10:40 . They hour showed they were going to close at 1am . Call at 12 asking about my pizza. Rude guy had hang up on me while talking . AT 3AM ! My phone starts blowing up that my pizza got there ! 5 hours later !

Placed an order for 2 pepperoni pizzas. What i got was one without sauce, and the second was a Hawaiian. Don't know how they got it that wrong. Food did arrive quickly and was hot, so it had the potential to be satisfying.

I called the store NOT the call center and placed an order for a pizza that I had a customer credit for due to a previous mess up. The Lady told me 20 min. I gave them grace and came after 20 min, and my pizza was not even made! The Mgr then tried to play me like it was a call center mess up or that I’m slow and was at the wrong location. To prove to them I rang the same # and what do you know their phone rang. That’s when the GM Kia stepped up took charge from the Mgr and made things right quickly (thank you!) The “female” in question (which it was only one in long red braids in the area who wouldn’t make eye contact or say anything while everyone else was trying to figure it out who I observed they also had to walk her through closing Angel’s transaction) wouldn’t even be accountable for the mistake when they saw the order still sitting in the system never processed. I’m too old for this nonsense.

It wasn’t good service they were mad over a simple mistake that I said I’ll pay for.. is what it is it’s pizza but don’t be mad at other people because your life is about flipping pizzas 😂

I ordered in the parking lot and went in to make sore they understood the order. App says they started making it at 7:33pm. I walked in at 7:55 and they were making no pizzas. When I asked about mine they said it was just getting made - they had lost the order but did not want to admit the mistake. Kids in the car starving.
