This is the WORST location I have ever been to! I vowed I would never give this location another penny of mine, but they are so close to where I live and my kids beg me to get McDonald’s, so I keep trying to give them a chance. The service is HORRENDOUS! Handed me the wrong order and took it back, then the drive thru attendant gave me the correct order. However, staff was seen on their cell phone not paying attention to their customers. The lack of attention to detail and lack of customer service was brutally evident.
I ordered chicken sandwich, a double cheeseburger and a fullefish with 2 large drinks when I first tried to order. They sent me to the second window where you pick your food up. then sent me back through the line to order. Then let me order drinks that they did not have. And didn't tell me till after an offered me something that I can't drink lemonade. . and then I get home and I'm looking the bags again and I'm missing my fillet fishh. And my double cheeseburger.
