Once you try Ian's over, you're going to ask yourself, why on earth have you ordered from the chains for so long. Like all pizza, one of the critical factors is the ingredients. I want to take a moment to acknowledge the exceptional service I’ve consistently received from one of your delivery drivers. She is not only reliable but also brings a positive attitude and genuine kindness to every delivery, no matter the time of day. It's rare to find such dedication and warmth in customer service, and I believe she is a true asset to your team. Her name is Leah and she’s your most loving, genuine, kind delivery driver I’ve ever encountered in a very long time!

However, I’ve noticed that her vehicle has recently needed repairs, and despite this, she continues to provide top-notch service without complaint. I stopped her one day to ask her because I’ve seen she has some new damage to her car and it looks as if someone hit her and when I asked she did say it was a hit and run situation. She’s mentioned that her car is over 10 years old and that she’s working hard to get a new one.

As a community, I believe we can come together to support this young lady who has gone above and beyond for us. I’m personally committed to tipping more for her deliveries, but I would also like to encourage fellow customers to consider contributing in any way they can, whether it’s through tips or other means, so that we can help her either repair her current vehicle or, even better, assist in getting her a new one.

To the management: I would also like to request that you consider recognizing her hard work and dedication with a well-deserved raise. In today’s world, finding such positive and reliable employees is truly rare, and I hope her efforts don’t go unnoticed.

Their pepperoni and sausage is yummy but occasionally very greasy so beware. Mariana sauce is slightly sweet so may not be everyone’s favorite. Caesar salad was forgettable.

As I walked in, I received a friendly greeting from Mike, who not only took my order but also made a suggestion to get the large pizza which allowed me to save $2 and get more value. The wait was about 30 minutes so I just headed back to the car and waited in the very convenient parking lot. When I got back, another employee, Bryson, greeted me with a smile (and by my name) and handed me my pizza. I opened it up just to make it was done correctly because I got different things on each half. The pizza looked so yummy! I was excited to get home and eat it. And it absolutely did not disappoint. Absolutely delicious. Fresh toppings, good quality cheese and perfect crust. So happy I found this place. They will definitely be seeing me again soon. “I would like to give a shout out to Pizza Hut on Fairburn Road. This afternoon a party of 20 plus people gathered there to celebrate a special occasion. They received us with open arms. It has been years since I’ve eaten at that location. The dining room is completely renovated and looks amazing! The staff was great, prices were reasonable and the manager (Rob I think his name was, and our 2 waitresses) on duty made certain that we had everything we needed! It was a nice place to gather with family and few people know that they’ve renovated their dining room. It’s a nice dining option.“

However with more staff starting to come around, it should be looking up in the very near future.“
