Once you try Ian's over, you're going to ask yourself, why on earth have you ordered from the chains for so long. Like all pizza, one of the critical factors is the ingredients. “Went to Stevi B’s today for the 1st time on a field trip with a group of special needs elementary children. The staff was soooo accommodating and sweet. The manager on duty went totally above and beyond in the customer service. I also must admit that the food was really good! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely happy to help, and we love the safety feature with the hand stamps. The games were in great condition, and there was something for every age — from my little one enjoying the toddler rides to the older kids challenging themselves at the arcade games. The food came out fresh and delicious (the pizza was a big hit with the whole family), and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us, and let's not forget about the Dippin' Dots, yummy!! It’s rare to find such a combination of great entertainment, great food, and outstanding service, but Chuck E. Cheese delivered it all. She is not only reliable but also brings a positive attitude and genuine kindness to every delivery, no matter the time of day. It's rare to find such dedication and warmth in customer service, and I believe she is a true asset to your team. Her name is Leah and she’s your most loving, genuine, kind delivery driver I’ve ever encountered in a very long time!

However, I’ve noticed that her vehicle has recently needed repairs, and despite this, she continues to provide top-notch service without complaint. I stopped her one day to ask her because I’ve seen she has some new damage to her car and it looks as if someone hit her and when I asked she did say it was a hit and run situation. She’s mentioned that her car is over 10 years old and that she’s working hard to get a new one.

As a community, I believe we can come together to support this young lady who has gone above and beyond for us. I’m personally committed to tipping more for her deliveries, but I would also like to encourage fellow customers to consider contributing in any way they can, whether it’s through tips or other means, so that we can help her either repair her current vehicle or, even better, assist in getting her a new one.

To the management: I would also like to request that you consider recognizing her hard work and dedication with a well-deserved raise. In today’s world, finding such positive and reliable employees is truly rare, and I hope her efforts don’t go unnoticed.

I have no idea why reviews are so low because each time we’ve ordered it’s been ready in under 20 mins(even at 6p on a Friday), it’s hot and tasty, and the place seems well staffed with friendly employees. It usually comes with a 4 piece but the person who made my order said she has some extra and added them on to my order . I couldn’t complain .“

“I would like to give a shout out to Pizza Hut on Fairburn Road. This afternoon a party of 20 plus people gathered there to celebrate a special occasion. They received us with open arms. It has been years since I’ve eaten at that location. The dining room is completely renovated and looks amazing! The staff was great, prices were reasonable and the manager (Rob I think his name was, and our 2 waitresses) on duty made certain that we had everything we needed! It was a nice place to gather with family and few people know that they’ve renovated their dining room. It’s a nice dining option.“
