Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This Popeyes has always been a terrible experience for me, the staff is extremely rude and inattentive. I came to Popeyes on (Friday 8 August 29) and ordered a 12pc family pack. My boyfriend was eating & stopped because the meat was raw. I didn’t believe him at first until i saw how pink and cold it was in the middle. I’m going to be contacting the manager and HR.

Just last night I ordered thru the app a 2 finger deal for $10 they took my money told me they don’t have it and to seek help in the app for refund and yet have I gotten one I’ve also called 16 times and no answer

The one star is undeserved. My wife and I came to this location and was told we couldn’t order our wings at the drive thru but had to get online to order. Why are they advertised on the screen at the drive thru then? We tried ordering several other items and they didn’t have them, and then we settled on biscuits and coleslaw. We wound up asking for a refund when we saw a young man vaping in the back through the drive thru window. You can tell the people working there are miserable and don’t care about their customers. We decided to drive a little further to the location on East-West Connector and they were able to take the same order with no issues. They were so nice. We will never go to the location on Thornton Rd again.

They rarely have anything we order and this last time out of everything we wanted, they only had biscuits and coleslaw available, but that’s not nearly the worst part. When I got there, I looked into the window and saw a service member vaping!! Why are you vaping around food? Do better! I’ll never go there again. They don’t care about their customers and I’m sure it comes from the top down because we came here before and the manager was berating her employees. Again, do better!

I ordered two chicken sandwiches with cheese and bacon And both of them were cold and the chicken tastes undone

This store is scamming. I placed a door dash order for over $50 they allowed someone to come pick up my order. And would not even remake the order when the restaurant was at fault for allowing someone else to take my order.

Always busy but you will get served fast!!

Ordered $4.99 Ghost pepper chicken sandwich, I would say size of bun Chicken and good amount of seasoning pickles hit the spot, and for $4.99+ tax was absolutely stunning the best value meals I had in past 10 yrs. Thanks
