I order an açaí bowl , for starters the young man who took my order got my order wrong and had to remake , while remaking it , he took my receipt , and just tried to scrape everything off the top to remake it . He had to remake it three times and I asked for extra granola and other things that ended up not being in my bowl & then to top it off , my bowl was melted literally like soup . I’ve never been so disappointed with smoothie king ! Talked to manger & they said they couldn’t give me a refund without my receipt when the young man took my receipt !

We just had the BEST experience at this smoothie king. I want to say his name was Teren (it’s on the receipt but I’m not sure if that’s who took our order) was immaculate. We got free samples of their new menu items & he was so kind in offering us everything after we just had a really rough delayed overnight flight. This man absolutely needs a raise!!!

Got there at 8:53 and the doors were closed. Looks like the employees started cleaning and closing up early.
Don’t advertise that you are open until 9 if you aren’t. Service should stay open during business hours, and then cleanup should happen. Very disappointing
