I pulled up to the drive thru with one car ahead. I had to hold for 3-5 mins just for them to take the order. The person taking my order “wasn’t sure” when asked questions about the menu. After reluctantly placing the order I waited 4-5 mins for the car in front to move. 3 people walked into the dining area after I got to the window. I saw two people working and not one came to the window. Another 5-7 mins at the window and no one came. My 3-year old asked if anyone was working. Poor communication and lack of knowledge + inefficiency resulting in a permanently lost customer. The reviews looked promising but that was not my experience sadly.

Special recognition to Elise at the 639 Thornton rd store. Lithia Springs, Ga. On a visit on 10/23/24 the store was struggling with orders and handling the volume. I manage hundreds of associates daily and the qualities she displayed are rare in todays work force. In the midst of the controlled chaos Elise maintained great customer service, great attitude and focus. She did her best to ensure that everyone was serviced and they received their order. She has great potential and adds great value to the store. Please recognize her for representing the store well.
