The store was clean inside and out. The parking lot was well lit and we felt safe. We were greeted when we walked through the door and our order was promptly taken. The tables and menus were not sticky and the music wasn't too loud. All three team members looked to be happy to be there. Our food was piping hot (the grits were not lumpy at that time of the evening, yay) and all of the necessary extras (condiments, utensils etc) were in the bag. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I will visit this location again.

Stopped by for lunch one day. Took over 30min to make our order although we were literally the only customers there. Every item ordered was made wrong, either not cooked enough or burnt to a crisp. Employees at this location are finessing Waffle House for a check. Everyone just looked miserable and defeated in life. Just an overall sad and disappointing atmosphere. I only tipped because i felt bad for them.

The team at this location is super friendly and the location has a walk-up order window, which I have not experienced before and thought was pretty nice to offer as an option. I gave the food 3 stars because this is the second time I have ordered a breakfast sandwich and the fried egg 🍳 was overcooked, which of course takes away from being able to actually taste your food.

This was my first time at the Waffle House on Thornton Rd. by the Qucktrip. The food was fresh, tasted delicious, and cooked well. The service was excellent! We laughed with the crew the entire time, they were very attentive and fun to talk to.

First time in Georgia from NY and I said I have to try Waffle House. Every one was very attentive and nice. Asia was my waitress she was very nice and definitely recommended since it’s my first time to try the waffles as well and baby it didn’t disappoint.
When I mean they were in there cooking it up. They were cooking! The food tastes so amazing! Definitely worth it!

Probably one of the most unfriendly and awkward restaurants I've ever been to. The cook gave a disgusted look when i asked for extra cheese on my grid. The server handed me my ticket and i put my card with it. She ignored my card sitting with the ticket and asked everybody else are they trying to pay. I guess she was making a point. I didn't even know they only do the past kiosk until she pointed at it after she finally asked after i picked up my card. Corporate should definitely do a sit in to see how morning shift is basically trash at this location. They simply have a bad attitude. For was ok. I guess that was the best part about it.
