Ordered a fiesta omelet today and the manager stepped in to relieve some of the backlog of orders and made a nearly perfect omelet. He wasn't at the grill when I asked for my ingredients to be well done and for double hash browns so those elements were missing. I'll definitely be returning if he's there.

We eat here quite a lot for something quick and late hour. The food is good and the portions are good size. More food than I can eat at one time
Very clean for a Waffle House and service was on the top. After a long day at the aquarium we just wanting to sit down. Plus it wasn’t super cold like all the other waffle houses!

2:39p and there’s only 1 group of customers. All employees are standing around on their phones. Seated for 7 minutes and no one even bothered to take an order for drinks or anything else. I asked an employee if they were on break and she replied nah and continued to walk outside texting on her phone. No worries I’ll take my business somewhere else! Don’t know what the food tastes like cause we weren’t offered any!
It is horrible the lady that takes the order mixed our order up..it was so bad my food was cold by the ti.e they got it right

This was once my favorite Waffle House. The level of service was not up to par with the previous personal who was running and working in the store. My bacon was not fresh, my food order was incomplete and incorrect. The staff was more occupied making jokes and talking about football than getting my order correct. DO NOT go to this location after 3am. The floor was dirty the Caucasian cook was licking his fingers and cooking. The waitress who assisted me never acknowledged that I had given her a tip. This review is only my opinion with the service I was given.
