I came in today ( April 19th) to pick up an Uber eats order. The youngdark-skin lady with the poof pony tail that works as a cashier today was not approachable at all. She didn’t greet me or anything . I told her that I had a pick up and she placed the food on the counter and didn’t even put it directly infront of me , which was very rude. I don’t usually put any review for anything good or bad , but this was just so strange to me . Manager, please put someone else in the front that smiles, and greet costumers or train her on hospitality.

I had the fully loaded bake potato and two piece fish and broccoli and it was delicious. The fish was hot and crunchy batter (the way I like it). The loaded bake potato was truly loaded with bacon, cheese and sour cream. The broccoli was perfectly steam. I really enjoyed my meal. The ladies at the drive thru were friendly and helpful. Just like she said to me it was my pleasure to eat there yesterday.

I said I wanted a fish sandwich with no lettuce like 3 times. I wanted to repeat it at the window, but they never open the window again until it's time to collect payment. They have doctored it up, so it looked like they took the lettuce office. I said it 3 times. They don't listen. Didn't give me my receipt. This happened around 1055am on Sunday 02/11/2024

There was a male worker at the window that gave the worst customer service ever. He didn’t greet me, didn’t say thank you, just gave me my food in silence. He looked at me in a rather annoyed manner because I asked for cocktail sauce. Please remove him from the drive thru working with the general public. He looked so uninviting that I didn’t feel too comfortable eating my food. Either way I ordered butterfly shrimp and it was the size of popcorn shrimp. I ordered fried okra as a side and was given the smallest and over fried pieces. The quality is not up to par with what they charge and the service provided. Add this one to the list of low quality and poor service restaurants on Evans Mill. I will not be returning.

Pretty bad. They didn't have much on the menu, and then just threw 2 battered fish in a bun instead of the correct fish that I ordered. I had to wait 10 minutes after paying at the drive thru for this mess of a "sandwich".

so I just ordered a fish sandwich from them & this SH!T is nasty ASF!! I literally eat at captain D's and I have NEVER tasted something like this before! I mean the first bite I spit the food out! My fries was room temperature & when you call up there no one answer the phone!! I know damn well I didn't spend 15 dollars on a nasty sandwich & stale room temperature fries! the grease need to be changed at this point!! Burger King fries is similar to captain Ds fries & they are always fresh!! i don't who is working but this place needs to be shut down especially if no one can answer the phone & direct a customer on what they can do Next! I shouldn't have to come up there if I ordered it through Uber eats, I shouldn't have to leave a review for someone to respond, had someone answered the phome this could've been solved!!
