I said I wanted a fish sandwich with no lettuce like 3 times. I wanted to repeat it at the window, but they never open the window again until it's time to collect payment. They have doctored it up, so it looked like they took the lettuce office. I said it 3 times. They don't listen. Didn't give me my receipt. This happened around 1055am on Sunday 02/11/2024

There was a male worker at the window that gave the worst customer service ever. He didn’t greet me, didn’t say thank you, just gave me my food in silence. He looked at me in a rather annoyed manner because I asked for cocktail sauce. Please remove him from the drive thru working with the general public. Fish, fries, and broccoli were all tasteless and bland. Fish was uneatable; too burnt. See photo. Worst of all, 2 of the 3 people in my house who ate the food threw it all up hours later. I shouldn’t have ignored that 75 health rating I saw while waiting on my order.
