There is a reason Chick-fil-A along with Disney, & Ritz Carlton are among the highest in customer service is because of their process and the people they hire. They don't hire just anyone. Always a Plessure the onliest thing when ppl are getting up in age they don't need to be in such a fast pace environment if they're unable to keep up. My client waited almost 20 minutes after he got his food to get an ice cream. Why?? I made them take the cold food and replaced it with his same order just hot (new order) because the lady dragginggggg just to get an ice cream cone, made his order COLD. Other than that, that day Chic Fil A is Always On Point‼️
I give five star on every category because Chick-fil-A serving good but I have one issue today I went to pick up my food and girls are working without the gloves, hand gloves so that was like unhygienic I felt so because of that I was putting this review rest is fine
