customer service..Visited the store at 7am (9.4.23) and ordered crispy chicken biscuit and a small sprite. Did not have any soft drinks, only water and orange juice. I took the orange juice and chicken biscuit. The orange juice was Luke warm and the chicken tasted like rubber..Once I realized how terrible my order was I turned my car around and took the order back for a refund..This store needs a lot of improving..Shame on you McDonald's!
McDonald's is supposed to be fast food restaurant. Today 8/6 I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and hash brown. the guy that's always at window was polite. when I drove up to next window to retrieve my food. young lady ask me to please park, the problem is there where already 4 cars parked I politely ask why delay and she shrugged shoulder i asked for a refund . I still had to pull up and wait for Manger. Manger came out never addressed me didn't say I apologized for...read full review

McDonald's is a clean and welcoming restaurant with good customer service. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and spacious. Although some customers have experienced issues with supply shortages and long lines, the staff attempts to correct the problem. The food is not always fresh, but the restaurant is open during the holidays.
The morning shift is pleasant, but some staff members may be inexperienced. The Steak, Egg and Cheese bagel is very fresh, but the order-taking staff sometimes struggles to multitask. Customers have reported issues with cold fries, flat and tasteless quarter-pounders, and incorrect coffee orders. The staff could benefit from improved customer service training.
