“Just happened to find this place on the way to stone mountain. With Mexican food it can be good or meh. We'll El Torero was very good. We had chicken fajita nachos and they were fantastic. The servers were attentive, the food was hot and delicious and a very large portion. I would definitely return if I was in the area again.“

“I LOVE THIS PLACE!! This is a lovely hole in the wall that has incredible, truly authentic, from scratch Mexican food, and at very reasonable prices! I am in love with both their chicken and pork tamales, which are the size I expect from a tamale (two is enough for a nice meal!) and their al pastor taco was also lovely!

This is a no frills place, so if you want a fancy atmosphere, you'll want to go elsewhere, but I enjoy their home-y decor and they really deliver on the food!

“Stopped in for dinner while passing through town on a work trip after seeing some reviews for their birria tacos and they lived up to the hype. Some of the best birria tacos I've had across the country. Also got the queso, chips (fresh fried), and a tamarind aguafresca. Everything was amazing, but the tacos were peak. Also, the service was great. Got talking to Jesus for a minute while I was in and he couldn't have been nicer. Definitely will be stopping in again next time I am in town.“

“The food came out quickly although they were busy. The delicious fajitas were sizzling & the meat was tender & juicy. The waitress was attentive & professional. We also enjoyed the guacamole. The green sauce was a bit on the spicy side if you need to know for your tummy. Lovely authentic music helped provide a festive atmosphere on a Sunday evening. There are not a lot of places open since it’s Sunday, so this place will be a welcomed sight.“

“Food is great when you can get the server to actually get the order right. This is my 4th time coming here and each time I order the same thing, enchiladas supreme. I ask for all beef and all flour tortillas. How hard can it be. The server repeats my order and it still comes out wrong. I request it to be remade, and this time it comes out all beef but in CORN versus the flour tortillas I asked for. At this point, I no longer want the meal. You would think that as a courtesy for the inconvenience the manager would comp the other $21.99 meal for inconvenience. Nope, so I politely paid the ticket and determined that I will never visit this establishment again. Horrible server, service and even more a moron of a manager (Francisco). If your waiter doesn't write down your order, just know it may have to be redone several times and they will surely look at you as if to say, "you don't want it"? TF 🙄😡🤬“

Their burritos are awesome (my favorite is the Homewrecker, with steak), their chips are fresh, and they have the best salsas around (my favorite is Who Is Kaiser Salsa? but also like the tomatillo as well as some of the seasonal ones). Oh, and their guacamole is what heaven would be like heave were thick green paste with the perfect flavoring. I'm not so much a fan of their chicken, but who cares when their steak is so good!“

“Hola everyone,I find it hard to find a place to eat out on the go as I am a lyft driver always on the roads. But Horatio healthy cuisine never disappoints me! They always are able to modify dishes for my food sensitivities (little to no salt, no oils, no sugars, no gluten, alkaline vegan, etc).Their spicy black bean burger is one of the BEST vegan burgers I have ever had!!! Which they modify and make me letuce, tomatoes, and onions as my buns. Bc i don't do breads or gluten. Also i get their sautéed Kale but I do not do oils so they steam it for me. Yummy yummy!!! They're the best!I just have to brag on them bc it is so hard to eat out but when I'm in Conyers driving I make sure I stop in and get me a big order!!!!!!!! Their cold presses juices are FANTASTIC! Love this establishment. The food, the customer service, the whole vibe of everything. Highly recommend if you're into healthy eating!
