I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism! I ordered 2 pizzas at 821pm EST from the N Deshong store. An hour passed and the tracker was still showing the pizza was being made. By 950 pm(after holding for 45 minutes), I decided to go to the store. I explained my situation to the cashier, she asked me my name, confirmed the order and walked off.
