These people were very rude when I attempted to change my order and continued to hang up on me. I never got my pizza or my money back. Stay away. Eat papa johns or dominoes
Received the wrong order spent over 2 hours on the phone between customer service and the call center to get the right order. As of now, I still have not received my correct order. And being transfer to the store through the call center is a waste of time. No one ever pick up the phone at all. Very displeased with the service of Pizza Hut. I will no longer order from them again
Never again.Took a chance and ordered a large Supreme pizza from this place. First time ordering here. Pizza was delivered roughly 45 minutes later ... cold. To top it off, the parmesan shaker, for which I was CHARGED an additional $.99 was missing.Called the number listed for the restaurant and kept getting some call center with people answering the phone who could barely pronounce "hello". That fact didn't stop them from attempting to be straight up rude -- and even hanging...read full review
