Need to order by kiosk. Being first time at a Steak & Burger, ordering this way took a long time for 6 people. Given papers with QR code to scan to pour drinks Took several times to scan before it worked Not sure of reason for this...possibly prevent theft? Food pretty good. Floor everywhere very sticky & discolored, needs heavy duty cleaning.

We stopped in because we were traveling and it sounded good. It used all kiosks for ordering. Our kiosk didn't have a cash option. The items were few and isolating from people was difficult.

Love the food and nostalgia, however the automated ordering is very unfriendly and takes away from the old fashioned 1950s experience.

Don't let technology ruin what was golden.
