I have to acknowledge when a business is doing well or has improved... just like when i write negatively about a business. I've visited this location about 6 times in the past 60 days. Drive thru employee has been consistently friendly taking my order and at the window. Food vibes out fast and hot. Each time has been between 11am and 1pm... so thank you morning crew

I can say they take constructive criticism personally. Once upon a time ago 2016-2018, the Lithonia location had an issue with quality control because on two occasions, my tenders tasted rubbery as if it was cooked in old grease. Just nasty, so I literally would bypass this location. I work 1 min away but would drive to Conyers to Zaxby's. Yesterday's visit I can say the food was way better. Tenders and fries were fresh and well seasoned. Kudos to the kitchen staff....

This location is usually on point as far as food and service. I did have to deduct a star because you will need to check your bag as sometimes they do forget maybe a sauce or utensils. Also, from time to time, I have been missing my toast from my salad and occasionally my salad will not have the fried onions that are supposed to go on it.
