A group of animal rescue volunteers were alerted that this location had large colonies of feral and stray cats. This rescue group worked for weeks/months to trap as many of the cats that they could, have them spayed/neutered and vaccinated, and returned to the area to live out their lives without breeding more and more cats. Waited patiently in the drive thru line for an hour just to learn their system when down once I got to the speaker to place my order. Ugh..... Manager claimed I was yelling at her, but I was telling the person behind me because they too had been waiting. Sorry if she thought I was yelling at her, but the wait was ridiculous. However, understandable with having only two employees in the restaurant. May be why the system went down.
