I Drive-by this trailer once a week and finally made it early enough when they’re still open I had the Griot and rice, fried plantains, mac & cheese, and everyone hit the spot with all the flavors. This was some good food. I’m happy I made a stop. I’ll be back next time. I started eating before the picture

They were out of damn near everything and got my order partially wrong. Food was good but it’s like it was missing something, tastes americanized. Also, they are skimpy with the food like the griot, never seen this at a Haitian restaurant. Have weird things on their menu like baked beans, so odd. Customer service was good, but the girl taking the order seemed kind of confused about what was on the menu and what was not. Genuinely the best thing there was the wings. I’d actually get them again.. and that’s not a good thing for a Haitian restaurant. If you’re craving Haitian and there isn’t anything else, I guess go here. It wasn’t bad but you most likely won’t get the traditional plate you’re craving.

Authentic Haitian-American Flavor!
The food was absolutely delicious — full of rich, authentic Haitian flavor with a perfect balance of spices. You can really taste the love and tradition in every bite. The staff had great communication and made sure everything was just right. Excellent customer service, friendly atmosphere, and truly great food. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a real taste of Haiti with amazing hospitality! 🇭🇹✨

Horrible communication, tried to book them for my daughter’s party. They respond hours/days later. They scheduled a tasting for me today on Mother’s Day, I adjusted my plans to make sure I could make it. They told me it would be ready around 2-3pm. The time has passed and I’ve heard nothing from them, and I’ve reached out to them twice today. Thank God I didn’t make a deposit. Terribleeeeeee customer service!

To your response, you never reached out to me on the day of. What reason do I have to lie? My husband and I sat around all day waiting for a call or text from you. I have your number saved and was expecting to hear from you, so there was no way I’d miss your call. Please stop with the passive aggressiveness, “short notice” but you didn’t say no to the request, Simply decline if you deemed it to be short notice. You even texted me a zoom link the day after, to Lord knows what. Instead of responding to my text from the day prior or seeing if we could reschedule.

We are having a party and we decided we would not be able to cook for such a large crowd but we still wanted our Haitian food. Im so happy to have found Calixte catering. We had a tasting today and had rice, chicken, griot and fried turkey with pikliz and lemonade. Everything was delicious. We look forward to the food at the party. They were also just a lovely couple with a beautiful family. I enjoyed the whole tasting experience.

I drove from Macon to get this and it did not disappoint. The griot was amazing and crispy super well seasoned with the rice. They did an amazing job. The service was spectacular so friendly so quick so understanding. Will be visiting again -

My experience with Calixte Haitian products was pleasant. The team was professional, sweet, and welcoming. I ordered te vegan soup Joumou (squash/pumpkin soup). The vegetable portions were large and the food had a bite of peppers and spices.

I ordered bbq chicken, rice and beans, green beans, yams, mac and cheese and banan with pikliz and every single dish was amazing! Each dish was perfectly seasoned and that lemonade? Absolutely delicious. They have definitely gained a returning customer.

I have to say my experience with Calixtes Haitian American Cuisine, was was wonderful. I placed an order on Thursday and it was ready for my party on Saturday at the time that I needed to pick up the food. They allowed me to sample the food before leaving. I love the home good Vive. The food was amazing. My experience was wonderful. I’ll definitely will be making another order with CHAC real soon!!
