I Drive-by this trailer once a week and finally made it early enough when they’re still open I had the Griot and rice, fried plantains, mac & cheese, and everyone hit the spot with all the flavors. This was some good food. I’m happy I made a stop. I’ll be back next time. I started eating before the picture

They were out of damn near everything and got my order partially wrong. Food was good but it’s like it was missing something, tastes americanized. Also, they are skimpy with the food like the griot, never seen this at a Haitian restaurant. Have weird things on their menu like baked beans, so odd. Authentic Haitian-American Flavor!
The food was absolutely delicious — full of rich, authentic Haitian flavor with a perfect balance of spices. You can really taste the love and tradition in every bite. The staff had great communication and made sure everything was just right. Excellent customer service, friendly atmosphere, and truly great food.
