First time trying the food and it was so good. I got the smoked chicken wings, Mac and cheese, and fried okra. My wings fell off the bone. If anything I would've liked my okra fried a bit harder, but it was still delicious. I definitely will be back. 😋👌🏾

I would have posted photos, but I ate the food once it arrived. They have a buffet, certain items are made to order. I ordered chicken wings ala carte and a 2 piece pork chops with greens and Mac n cheese. The meat came to my table piping hot and I gobbled it down quickly. The service was amazing and they continued to check on me before and after the food’s arrival. As a first time customer, the staff went over the menu and gave me a breakdown of what to expect. What I got was a great meal at a good price with good people who truly cared about my food experience.

omg, all the food was so gooooood, the sweet potato souffle and potati salad was very good flavorful, and the bbq was awsome, cant wait to go back when im in that part if town

My server Marina was amazing! She was very knowledgeable. The food was divine. They offer the best mimosas! And they now offer soft serve mimosas. Do yourself a favor and stop by for great drinks and even better food.

CJ & Kids NEVER disappoints! I love this restaurant and the staff and owners. They are very professional and accommodating. I have had 2 events at the establishment, and the food was excellent, and the staff is always superb! I recommend them for your next catering event or if you just want great soul food with a smile!

Clean place but the food can improve mac and cheese was flavorless and dry,collards were overcooked and turkey skin was way too mushy. Turkey meat was good tho.Tea was way too sweet.might not be back.

Let me say the staff and The owner was very friendly . Now I’m a soul food lover and this was very nasty . I had turkey wing with gravy , Mac and cheese and yams . The turkey wings was dry and seemed like it was reheated. The Mac and cheese was nasty . The yams was okay but not to my liking . Maybe it was a bad day but I definitely am not satisfied especially laying 48$ for two plates .

Came in and was looking at the menu. I'm a big oxtail lover. I thought price was a little high for sometimes it not good for 25+. Oxtail was fall of the bone. Collard greens are amazing. I'm not a big fan of the style of Mac and cheese but it was still good. Friendly staff all and all 9/10.
