“We used Tim’s Country Cafe to cater an event for 250 people, and Tim and his team hit a home run!! We had more than enough food, our order was ready on time, and it arrived ready to serve. We had people complimenting the food asking where we got it, and we were happy to recommend Tim’s. The chicken wings were a big hit, but my personal favorite was the strawberry cobbler. There are not too many places that offer strawberry cobbler, let alone, delicious cobbler. Big thank you to Tim’s!! We will certainly be using them again for future events.“

“Did a curbside order tonight and meal was ready on time. I paid extra for a loaded potato but when I got bone there were no toppings in my bag, no bread or cinnamon butter and no utensils. I understand it is the Holidays but it doesn't take but a couple of minutes to double check orders. The other Texas Roadhouse we have tried have been great. I guess here in McDonough we will have to keep using Long Horns.“

“OK, I am coming here for one reason today. Aside from the food being wonderful, a clean atmosphere and wonderful service, let me please make a pretty important suggestion. When an employee is witnessing an elderly person with a walker struggling to open the heavy door, please don't ignore her. I went to get the car because I had to park pretty far away and I did not want my mom to have to walk far on this windy day. We come in here often and always receive top tier service. It is the little things that matter and it certainly would have been appreciated. With that being said, we will continue coming here as regulars. I truly don't believe that the intent was to be rude, not at all. There are no hard feelings. This is just a little reminder that getting old is not easy and a little help goes a long way. ❤️“

Very casual sit down (no booths, though — just tables and chairs). Service is always friendly. Fried rice can be made without egg for those allergic, best steamed pot stickers, and they also have canned milk teas.“

“I have been a regular at Starbucks Lake Dow since they first opened. This Starbucks is truly one of the best I have been to, and that is saying a lot.

They have GREAT customer service and they keep the same employees for long periods of time. This is something that I am grateful for as a customer of the franchise, since this leads to consistent results & friendly employees.

They are ALWAYS working and you will never see any laziness in this location. The drinks are always made well too.“

“I just wanted to say you all are doing an amazing job training the young people working the drive thru window. I am not sure how old the young lady who helped me was, but she looked pretty young and her name was Lacey. She was extremely nice, very patient, and very easy to talk to. She said yes ma’am and no ma’am the whole time, and I am only 30 years old, but I truly appreciated the respect.

Either her parents raised her very well, or you all are doing a great job teaching customer service. She explained the combo meal to me as if I had never ordered chicken before, and she did it in a very polite and professional way.

If I had one small piece of feedback, the chicken could probably use a little more salt and pepper. I understand restaurants have to follow certain dietary standards, but a little more flavor would make it even better.

As for Lacey, she is excellent in that window. She deserves recognition for the way she represents your business. Whether that is a raise, another hat, another apron, another sweatshirt, or even the opportunity to train others, she is truly doing a great job. I hope she is, or becomes, a trainer because she represents your company very well.“
