Food was very good but service was SO SLOW. Waited over 30 minutes for 3 meals. People were waiting for food everywhere. Drive thru was wrapped around the building. Dont know what was going on in this location, but they need help. No manager seemed to be working abd there was some random guy in a sweatshirt walking around with a serious attitude. Not helping. Seems like they're understaffed on the inside, leading to longer waits and poor quality food from rushing to get it done. Overall, have not had anything worse than "ok" from this Zaxby's.
It's their first time eating at the Zaxby's. We both got a real good sandwich. My partner had a club chicken sandwich and mine is just the regular Zaxby's chicken sandwich, both with french fries and a drink. The fries were wonderful. The chicken sandwich was fantastic. Both of us really enjoyed it. This is a good location. Everyone's very friendly and Jaden was extra special help to us. Thank you very much
