Good food but my chicken strips were about 21/2 inches long and normally they are about 4 ,don't know what happened .25.53 for 2 and we left hungry.they getting skimpy with the chicken . needs improvement.
Food was very good but service was SO SLOW. Waited over 30 minutes for 3 meals. People were waiting for food everywhere. Drive thru was wrapped around the building. Dont know what was going on in this location, but they need help. No manager seemed to be working abd there was some random guy in a sweatshirt walking around with a serious attitude. Not helping. Seems like they're understaffed on the inside, leading to longer waits and poor quality food from rushing to get it done. Overall, have not had anything worse than "ok" from this Zaxby's.
