I normally don’t do these but today I experienced something different. I don’t know if it’s because they put a new Zaxby’s up the street, but it was definitely an entire new atmosphere in that restaurant. Keep it up.
This one is hard to rank. Its hit or miss each time I visit. Sometimes the staff is fast and friendly and other times its very poor service. Sometimes the food is hot, fresh and as expected, and other times its just wrong and takes a couple times to get correct. Over all id recommend as I believe that the store is headed in the right direction.
The reason for the three stars instead of 5, I finished eating and used the bathroom. I went to get soap and the dispenser was empty. That made me wonder if the people preparing the food adequately washed their hands. It gave me a feeling of ick!
