Let me first say that the food is what you would expect from a Bojangles. Good and tasty. The staff was fine as well. The low rating came from manager. I'm not sure what was going on but it's a very bad look to the customers when the kitchen is struggling and you as a manager are sitting in the dinning area running your mouth while orders are talk hella long to get out. I can't say if she was on break or what but what I do know is that she was talking with her family...

My order was messed up ,I got the opposite of what I ordered.I normally check my.order but I didn't and when I got home the order was wrong I live 13 miles away so driving back wasn't a option

I stated to the drive-thru cashier, "Your sign is missing an "n". It's American, not America, she did not seem to care at all and disregarded my assistance.

She could have removed the sign and made the correction, or told the MOD to re-write.
