The service is okay, but they need to find a way to have a consistent taste in food as the other chick fil a locations. They’re doing something strange with the oil. Fries always taste dry or overfried. They look like it too. I live across the street, so I order here for mobile order often, but this is not my first choice of locations unfortunately. I also placed a mobile order in a rush to my son’s game a few weeks ago, only to learn after I arrived at the park that the chicken biscuit meal id ordered was just a biscuit, no chicken! I then unfortunately had to go back to the location and show them a picture of the biscuit. I was told they couldn’t match the price for an equivalent meal because they were no longer on breakfast, disregarding the fact that my order was wrong and that I had to take time to drive back to explain the mistake they made. The manager still needs a bit more training on customer service here.

We had to throw out the fries because it was too salty. Chicken nuggets were too greasy. And the chicken soup bowl was half empty. Not the first time the food was awful. You guys got to get your act together. This is well below Chick-fil-A standard

The Chick-fil-A wasn’t too busy, which I think is because they were really fast with getting the orders out. We ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a regular one. Both were seasoned really well, served quickly, and at a good temperature. The ratio of chicken to sauce was perfect.

My family of six and I recently dined at the Truett’s Chick-fil-A in Grayson, and unfortunately, it was the worst experience we’ve had there. Our server, Sky,and Gisselle were excellent and handled every challenge with professionalism. However, there was another employee or maybe a manager i didnt catch her whole name but I’m sure it started with the letter ‘J’ and was seated at the bar almost the entirety of our stay which was a little over an hour and she was on her phone, speaking at an unreasonably loud volume, and behaving rudely toward the kitchen staff. She used excessive profanity, creating an unpleasant and inappropriate atmosphere.

The cobb salad inside the sit down restaurant is $2.00 more than the drive thru. ? Why is this? Ordered cobb salad in drive-thru service. Got home and no salad dressing or bell peppers. Called manager said I could come back and get dressing, really?? Are you going to pay for gas and time spent doing this? The menu prices are over priced. Not worth it. The brussell sprouts are tough.
