There are several Smoothie Kings in Lawrenceville, Snellville and Loganville. I have been to them all. This is not only my favorite one, it is the best one. I have patronize this specific location for years. The staff is always polite, the store is always clean. And my smoothie is always great. I want to acknowledge the store manager is one of the best managers I've ever come across. If I owned a Smoothie King, I would do everything my power to steal from this location. When I say above and beyond, there are not enough words to give her the credit she deserves She has been consistent from day one. That's hard to find and it's appreciated. There are other locations that could definitely learn from what she brings to the Smoothie King brand. I absolutely love this location.

The manager I don’t know personally but she was very helpful and patient while taking our order. It was my daughter first time ordering and she help guide her and was very nice. Definitely recommend

Excellent customer service!

I only go to this store because it’s the closest to my house. I love getting the smoothie bowls but the service is terrible. All you hear in the drive through on the intercom is kids playing around and being rude while taking your order. It’s always an attitude with the women who work there, and my order is never right. This last time was the worst and I won’t be going back.

I come to this location faithfully because of Ms. Sheila and the service at this location is great, they’re consistent with the portion sizes & my smoothie bowls are never too runny that I need to drink it with a straw, like a lot of the other locations.

Worker there is terrible. Jaylen or Jaden can’t remember her name. Has an attitude every time I come. Manager said she would take care of her but didn’t.

Ms. Sheila is amazing. She takes time to get to know what her frequent customers like and she will take time to make it herself. She makes customers feel special. She trains her staff to operate in the spirit of kindness, courtesy and professionalism.
