This location has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. No matter the time of day the staff seems to have no idea what’s going on. My food was cold, the bun on my burger tasted like it had been sitting out, they didn’t put BACON on my BACONATOR.

Horrible environment. Came in and saw manager (5’8 hispanic dude in his twenties) kick out 3 kids my age for apparently refilling a small drink they didn’t pay for. (how would they get it if they didn’t pay) in which I OFFERED to pay for. The main kicked me out to for trying to help the kids, not being lenient at all and just repeatedly yelling “get out, get out”

This place is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Went through the drive thru and ordered 5 meals, the night time manger that worked at approx 7:30pm on December 17th proceeds to tell me that I need to come in and order because I’m holding up the line (9 months pregnant, in the cold) as if she’s anyone important in life to make such policy and procedure in such a rude, ignorant manner that she did. As I called the store to get the cooperate number and her name, she proceeds to hang up the phone in my face and UNPLUG the phone that she has no ownership over, nor stock in. She’s ignorant and has to obtain a higher education evidently, because that would’ve taught her proper etiquette on customer service.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! I WENT HERE TO PURCHASE FOOD FOR MY FAMILY OF 6 FOR DINNER. IT TOOK 15 MINUTES TO ORDER. WHEN TAKING THE ORDER THE PERSON WAS NOT FRIENDLY AND SHE DID NOT CONFIRM MY VERY LARGE ORDER. WHEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW, SHE SAID MY TOTAL, I GAVE HER THE CARD, SHE SWIPED IT, GAVE ME MY DRINKS AND IN THE MOST NONCHALANT VOICE POSSIBLE SAID, PULL FORWARD FOR THE REST OF YOUR FOOD. ALMOST 10 MINUTES LATER A GUY CAME OUT WITH THE FOOD. HE WAS NONCHALANT AS WELL, HE PASSED ME THE ORDER THROUGH THE WINDOW AND WALKED AWAY. HE DIDN'T SAY HELLO OR APOLOGIZE, JUST TURNED AND WALKED AWAY. WHILE CHECKING MY FOOD, I FOUND THAT TWO OF THE BURGERS AND ONE OF THE DRINKS WERE INCORRECT. NOT TO MENTION THAT THE FRIES AND THE NUGGETS WERE COLD. I WENT INTO THE STORE TO REQUEST THAT THEY CORRECT MY ORDER. THE YOUNG MAN AT THE REGISTER WAS SO CONFUSED, I EXPLAINED TO HIM AT LEAST 3 TIMES THAT MY BURGERS WERE INCORRECT AND NEEDED TO BE REMADE. WHILE WAITING ANOTHER CUSTOMER CAME IN AND ASKED FOR HER MONEY BACK BECAUSE THEY MADE HER BURGERS WRONG AND SHE HAD BEEN WAITING SO LONG REMAKE THEM THAT SHE WANTED A REFUND. DURING THAT TIME, THE MANAGER STROLLED IN NOT SURE FROM WHERE BUT I THINK IT WAS THE RESTROOM. HE DOES HER REFUND BUT LEAVES THE FRIES AND DRINKS SHE RETURNED ON THE COUNTER. I WAITED ANOTHER 10 MINUTES AND THEY NEVER CAME OUT. I FINALLY ASKED THE MANAGER ABOUT MY BURGERS AND THEY HAD NEVER MADE THEM. OH AND THIS IS THE KICKER. DO YOU REMEMBER THE DRINKS AND FRIES THAT THE LADY RETURNED AND THE MANAGER LEFT ON THE COUNTER? ANOTHER CUSTOMER HAD ORDERED A COKE AND HE ASKED IF IT WAS HIS, HE PROCEED TO GIVE THE DRINK TO THAT CUSTOMER. I WAS SO OUT DONE WHEN HE DID THAT BECAUSE THAT CUSTOMER BROUGHT THAT COKE BACK FROM HER CAR. SHE COULD HAVE SIPPED OUT OF THE CUP OR PUT ANYTHING IN THAT CUP AND HE GAVE IT TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER!!! I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EYES. AND IT GETS WORSE!!! I ASKED THE CONFUSED GUY AT THE REGISTER TO GIVE ME THE CORRECT DRINK. HE POURED THE DRINK OUT, DIPPPED THE SAME CUP THAT MY DAUGHTER HAD ALREADY DRUNK OUT OF AND AT THIS POINT HAD BEEN TOUCHED BY AT LEAST 4 HANDS, INTO THE ICE AND FILLED IT WITH STRAWBERRY LEMONADE LIKE IT WAS NOTHING. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!!! I NEVER GOT A RECEIPT,THE STORE WAS DIRTY, THERE WERE FLIESFLYING AROUND AND IT WAS OVERALL DISGUSTING. THEY NEED TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!! I DO PLAN TO CALL CORPORATE TO FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT!!!

Its rare for me to give fast food 5 stars because by the time I eat it, its not optimal. However after 3 trips here. Can't seem to get my order right. Whether it's extra onions, no mustard or any modification, expect this place to get it wrong.

I keep trying this location because it's by my home. I tried to order a Jr. Bacon I was told they did not have any but they have double stack with bacon. I purchased a side of cheese sauce I received a cup of brunt slop I threw my entire order in the trash it looked disgusting I didn't feel like returning it the person at the window had the nastiest attitude I visited the location on 8-13 at about 8:30 DO BETTER!!! I also ordered a Strawberry Lemonade there was a hint of lemonade and the rest was water!

Went for breakfast and it tasted a lot better than the snellville location by my house. They did charges me 70 cents to mix my drink which I thought was strange i usually mixed my drinks with no extra charge. The lady also told me how I ordered the last two Cinnabon pull aparts which was also kinda strange they didn’t have any more left but other than that the food was fresh and hot !! The service was a little weird tho and made up charges just to mix my drink was kinda annoying!!!

My son got a cheeseburger kids meal and he opened it, I SAW HAIR!! IT WAS BLACK HAIR!! My son ate almost half of it! That's gross 🤢🤢🤢, I ate here many times before there was no hair in it!

They are the most rudest people in the drive through. I hey have these young teenagers who have an attitude because you can’t hear or understand what they are saying. I don’t trust ordering food from people with attitudes. I wouldn’t suggest this location
