I keep trying this location because it's by my home. I tried to order a Jr. Bacon I was told they did not have any but they have double stack with bacon. I purchased a side of cheese sauce I received a cup of brunt slop I threw my entire order in the trash it looked disgusting I didn't feel like returning it the person at the window had the nastiest attitude I visited the location on 8-13 at about 8:30 DO BETTER!!! I also ordered a Strawberry Lemonade there was a hint of lemonade and the rest was water!

Went for breakfast and it tasted a lot better than the snellville location by my house. They did charges me 70 cents to mix my drink which I thought was strange i usually mixed my drinks with no extra charge. The lady also told me how I ordered the last two Cinnabon pull aparts which was also kinda strange they didn’t have any more left but other than that the food was fresh and hot !! The service was a little weird tho and made up charges just to mix my drink was kinda annoying!!!

My son got a cheeseburger kids meal and he opened it, I SAW HAIR!! IT WAS BLACK HAIR!! My son ate almost half of it! That's gross 🤢🤢🤢, I ate here many times before there was no hair in it!

They were out of salad and baked potatos and it wasnt even late. Most of the time your not given a receipt. Sometimes i just go because its close by. Sometime the person at the window is kinda rude or short.

This place is just in the wrong neighborhood. Charged me 10.00 on my CC for a 5$ biggie bag that cost 5.30. This place is trash now I gotta notify my CC company.. just stupid..
Got me food in the drive thru young lady working the window messed my order up then had the nerve to have an attitude I should have known to check my receipt before I left still charged me for something I didn't order then gave me some lukewarm food this is why companies are going out of order poor customer service and folks who don't like what they do. If your not gonna do right by people why even get the job!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really don’t understand why they won’t shut down this Wendy’s. The customer service sucks!!!! The only one there that I can tolerate is the male manager that works there. He’s very polite and kind whenever I do go. But the employees are so rude. Since when do customers have to ask for a straw for their drink and napkins for their hands? I’ve never been to a fast food restaurant and you have to ask for necessities that’s needed for your food order. And then they don’t like to give you fresh fries. This is the second time I had to leave out of drive thru and go inside to get some fresh fries dropped. It makes no sense at all, like who does the hiring for that location??? All of those little kids working there needs to be fired and start over with people who really want to work and who’s actually friendly to the public. If customers didn’t come they wouldn’t even have a paycheck. Do better!!!!
