I usually enjoy eating at this location, but the service I experienced a few moments ago was off putting.
When I went back to the counter after an unusually long wait, one of the girls said that they had called my name but nobody answered. I explained that I had taken a business call and was use to them bringing my pizza over. She responded by saying they were “too short staffed” to have people bring pizzas out to customers. Came in looking for something light for lunch. Got the Ischia. Awesome! Just the thing for walking around!
They went above and beyond for my 3yr old son who just got out of the hospital and the first thing he wanted was pizza but we were told he had to have no dairy. So they made him a special vegan no dairy pizza! I’m so thankful! 10/10 all were so sweet!
