I ordered my food online and went to pick it up over a half hour later. When I got there the guy in the front, maybe the owner, basically said he didn't get my order. Then he looked at his computer and saw my order and said they'll start cooking it. He didn't mention it would take 40 minutes. He was extremely rude, didn't even offer me a glass of water. I went here for Onam and the food was simply delicious! So much variety and everything was prepared exceptionally well. I had two full plates - not because I was even hungry for two plates, but because the food options were just that good.The owner is a really kind and approachable man, as well, making for a great experience. The restaurant did get a bit warm during our visit. I don't know if the AC was out or what, but it did get toasty and it made us want to leave after a while....read full review
